They affect individuals, families, communities, nations, and the environment. The lack of effective strategies for resolving conflicts and promoting peace has resulted in suffering, loss of life, mental health problems, family disputes, social unrest, ideological differences, power struggles, limited resources, and clashes between cultures. These conflicts not only disrupt people's lives, but also lead to bigger problems like human rights violations, war, terrorism, and global security issues. Conflict is an inevitable part of human interaction and can have catastrophic consequences if not managed effectively.
