Lester Chadwick

Lester Chadwick was a pseudonym used by the Stratemeyer Syndicate, a prolific producer of children's books for over a century. The Baseball Joe series, for which Chadwick was listed as the author, was particularly popular. While there is some debate, it is widely believed that most, if not all, of the books in the series were actually written by Howard R. Garis. However, there are also sources that suggest Edward Stratemeyer and John W. Duffield may have contributed to the writing of certain books in the series.
