This video explains how to make group bookings using the control panel. There are two types of group bookings: multi-room and multi-date. For multi-room bookings, select the dates and rooms you want, add them to the cart, and then create the booking. For multi-date bookings, select the dates and rooms for each set of dates, add them to the cart, and then create the booking. The booking numbers and rooms are displayed at the top left of the screen. For more information, click on the top right. In this video there are two examples for group bookings, multi-room group bookings and multi-date group bookings. To create a multi-room group booking, in the control panel go to the price check button. Select the dates of the booking. You can select multiple rooms of the same type or different rooms. Select the number of rooms, click the cart button to add to the list. When ready, click the book button. Enter the guest details and click the create booking button at the bottom of the page. At the top left of the screen you will see the booking number and with the drop-down arrow the booking numbers for each of the bookings you have just created. To create a multi-date group booking, in the control panel go to the price checker button. Select the dates for the first booking. Select the number of rooms and click the cart button. Select the next set of dates and repeat for each set of dates adding to the cart each time. The selection can be for the same property. Alternatively, you can change the property and search dates and rooms then add to the cart. When ready, click book button and enter the guest details. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click create a booking. The booking numbers and rooms are shown with the down arrow next to the booking number at the top left of the screen.
