excited to be sharing these 12 gifts with you so today we are talking about abundance and as business owners that's what we're looking for right we want to make an impact and we want to have the abundance within our business so that we can live the life of freedom and that's the reason why we started our business in the first place so throughout these 12 days of Christmas I'm going to be giving you some of the rituals some of the tools some of the lessons that I've learned over 2023 but it's deeper than that it's more about what I have embodied over 2023 that has allowed me to exceed my income goals and move into a business that isn't cookie cut isn't a blueprint that has allowed me to be my full and authentic self so without further ado we're going to be talking about abundance today so why have I included this as day one well I've included this as day one because one of the biggest things that I see and I caught myself doing this and I still catch myself sometimes doing this as well right and I don't know about you I feel like the predominant of my audience right you're going to be female it's female entrepreneurs so you're going to get this but when I get to like day 20 in my cycle I start being a little bit more pessimistic I start focusing on more of the things that are not working more of the things that I have a bit of a lack around and start convincing myself I'm not doing enough that I need more so abundance isn't just about monetary but if you look closely at your cycles your patterns your behaviors what you will notice is and even if you're not having a cycle start tracking it against the moon and it it's a really interesting exercise to do to track where your energy flows and start seeing a pattern because when you start seeing that pattern hey when I get to day 20 you know this is why I'm starting to look at all my expenses this is why I'm starting to think gosh I really need to sign a new client this is when I start thinking you know that I'm not making progress in my business when in actual fact I am and you can forgive yourself because awareness is the number one thing that you can do to change things so just as a little tip I would start looking at your cycles so I found myself and I also have been doing wealth activation sessions with my clients where we really really tap into you know not just the surface level manifestation stuff but we actually tap into how you want to feel around money instead of lack we want it the common theme that comes up is ease like breathing air that's how we want to feel about bringing abundance about bringing wealth into our lives so it's that old cliche where your energy flows your energy goes and the reason why I'm bringing this up is so many of us as I have alluded to are you know and potentially this happens when you get to a certain point in your cycle more but I remember a few years ago I was focused on this all the time because culturally and societally we are taught to look at our expenses make sure that we've got enough money for things and it puts us in that black and it's totally normal within our societies to be focused on what we haven't got and focused on our outgoings we actually are brought up to believe that that's a good thing that that's us being responsible with money that that's us being a realist but what most people don't know about attracting abundance into your life whether that's happiness wealth joy money is that when you focus on what you haven't got and what's coming out you're going to attract more of that into your life when I first came across the idea I thought yeah right I'm still going to have the same amount of money coming in it's just gonna you know make me feel even worse but you will watch the magic happen so every single day now don't wait till the end of the month every single day go to your spreadsheet and add in what money has come in now this doesn't need to be just from your business because being open to receive money from all avenues you will start to find that the universe brings this in and so doing this consistently every single day making it part of your daily rituals making it part of your daily habits you will start to expand your abundance you will start to bring more and more of it in and it's so interesting when you know I'm human right and sometimes I've dropped off and I've realized I hadn't done it for weeks and I've been in this lack mindset and on more than one occasion I've gone back to my spreadsheet I've added it all in and I've realized that I've exceeded my income without me even knowing it which is an amazing amazing feeling so I guarantee that if you commit if this becomes part of your daily ritual if you really really do want abundance in your life and this is why it is day one because awareness is key many many many of you will be thinking about your expenses especially over the holiday season can I afford this how much have I got left I need to budget this I need to budget that and yes they're sensible skills but how much attention you actually paying to what's coming in look at lottery winners how many studies have there been now where lottery winners they end up broke because they're not changing their money story I guarantee you they're not doing things like this abundance spreadsheet they're focusing on the things that they're going to pay for the amount of money they've got left they keep telling themselves their same money stories and so we're not going to go deep deep dive into money stories today that's a whole nother topic but creating that awareness especially around the holiday seasons on you know where is your energy actually going what are you actually focusing on now one little exercise I also like to do is to shut my eyes and once I've done this spreadsheet just shut my eyes just take some real nice breaths calm the central nervous system down and I tell myself I visualize the thing that I want and I tell myself Mary Mary I have everything I need and more now if you're not into visualizing you can look at your spreadsheet you can look at a picture of something but that feeling coupled with seeing that visualization is going to help you expand your wealth so I hope that you will make this part of your daily rituals over the holiday season and into 2024 I promise that if you want to start hitting 10k months in your business that creating this awareness about where your energy is flowing and focusing on the abundance the universe is trying to be trying to give you and being open to receive abundance in multiple ways is going to expand your business beyond your belief
