This relaxation track should not be listened to while driving or doing tasks that require concentration. Find a comfortable position and take deep breaths to begin the process of deep relaxation. Focus on your breathing and let go of any distractions. The goal is to relax your mind and body. It's important you never listen to this relaxation track whilst driving, operating heavy machinery or attending to a task that requires your complete concentration. So, now allow yourself to get into a comfortable position, perhaps that's lying down in bed or on a chair fully relaxed, maybe you've got some cushions and pillows nearby to support your body. Make sure you do feel supported because you can realistically expect as your body gets really relaxed it naturally and comfortably tends to feel heavier and it helps to relax when you can be physically comfortable effortlessly. Once you're in a completely comfortable position you can simply allow your eyes to close and rest and you can begin this process of deep relaxation and letting go by taking five or six comfortable, slow, deep breaths. Make each breath a little smoother and slower and deeper than the one before it and you can allow yourself to slowly sigh with comfort and rest just as you would at the end of a long, long day. Breathing in and breathing out, just allow your focus to be within yourself, any noises inside or outside the room you're in do not concern you. Nothing of any importance is happening outside of your breathing and your effortless relaxation. The world is safely turning and none of these noises need disturb or distract you. Your mind can grow quieter and calmer. This time is for you and what is important is that this is your experience and you have the choice, the choice to tune in and tune out to what I'm saying at any time. It's good to relax and you can just allow the muscles of your body to soften and relax and with every breath out you can relax even deeper.
