So younger people are are more likely to follow your ass in the battle We're back right on the unemployment line dot and Larry P talking about Sean Kingston and what I'm gonna talk about right now is bad parenting And not just bad parenting cuz let me let me let me flip this around Sean Kingston was a semi successful adult and And This happens sometimes where people will become successful and then they decide hey, I'm gonna take care of my parents now and then your parents grow accustomed to a lifestyle and So now they letting you know. Hey, man, we the money is slowed up We gotta start making some moves and then you know, you tell your mom or something like a mom What I need you to do is I need you to go down to the bank And I need you to just make this withdrawal Your mom be like, okay make the withdrawal and now you're not drug your mama into your stuff Not only just swap busting here and arrest you They also arrested your mom because they say that she somehow was involved in the jewelry and the cash and Whatever else they said Sean Kingston stole and my only thing is As his mom, why did you involve yourself in this and that's your son? Why would you why would you put your mom in that situation? well If did he hasn't taught y'all anything Did he don't listen did he? Um And Titanic I think you can you can walk into any black You can walk into any black establishment and Have a full-on debate on If Rose was wrong Forrest Gump that was gonna be my answer I think that's the most beloved Majority white film in the black community and you want to know why and you want to know how I came to Forrest Gump while going through this debate about If it's not Forrest Gump Titanic is a number two and only reason why I say Titanic because all that you can walk into a black Establishment and y'all can have a debate anybody with any table any any black group that you see that y'all can have a full-on debate On if Rose had enough room to fit Jack on that board. He was a Henley Joel Osment He was he was a big boy If I was gonna sit on here waiting on the bus this whole time just to meet this dying woman. Well, I do know what love is Wow But I don't know what goes to your head for you to say to your mama like You know say in your head. I'm gonna involve my mom in my scamming but sometimes as We saw in the shy as we've seen in the wire as we've seen in power Sometimes people parents be encouraging them to go ahead and involve themselves in these type of activities for their own lifestyle So this is the thing about this is the thing about I think the reason why we never understand situations like this is because we're Never on the platform that some of these people are you know, I'm saying parents that you know Live in a certain area and they kids sell drugs. They realize hey, man This if this have we getting the bills paid this how the bills getting paid see that was never okay So my only counter that is I've lived in that environment Mm-hmm in the speech I received was if I ever catch you selling drugs, I'll kill you. Yes, so no You had a parent that didn't encourage it. Yeah, however, like I said the parents that do realize like hey These are how the bills are getting paid Because your mama was like, I don't want to I don't want my kids to be drugged. There's some parents. I'd be like look Some got to give it's like a movie what like, um And see our uncle and baby boy. I'm not baby boy in ADL. Yeah Hey, man, I'm wrong with a few extra dollars coming in the house Yeah, so like, you know, you realize like, you know, something got to give some got to give at that point You know like you say they really boil down to bad parenting because as a parent you shouldn't want your kid to be Out there doing this because by the time you're a parent or you maybe Let's let's say ideally You're mid 20s Early 30s by the time you have kids. So by the time your kids are old enough 14 13 To kind of be in that environment You haven't seen enough of life to know how it turns out for a lot of drug dealers Mm-hmm, so you don't want your kid to be susceptible to that lifestyle. So you lose that point You're not going to encourage them to do that. Now the parents that do encourage them I'm not saying that they're bad parents. All I what I am saying is that is a very questionable decision that you're making Here's the other point to it too in this scenario shot Kingston's in his 30s Like this ain't like some like young boy making young boy decisions kind of thing. He's grown man So like it's not he's not at the point where his mama is like, yeah. Well, you know You know, you just got to go ahead and do what you got to do you made some mistake no you're growing adult You should not be Involving your mama in these type of activities nor should she be involved in you doing these types of activities It's just not it don't make sense to me Well, it don't make sense to me either but it also makes sense at the same time Because for me people like that, I don't think they really don't really think they care Well, it's also it's also this it's hard to go backwards So as a as an adult male who lives on their own has a place to stay has their own car has a job cetera, etc imagine going back to Sleeping on a twin bed in somebody else's house man, I'm a girl my way down to a twin bed and having or having a curfew or Having to like wait on somebody to give you rides places or Like just to that extent like how hard would it be to like just go backwards to something you were Potentially doing less than 20 years ago Now imagine being a celebrity Having a mansion having nice cars being able to go out to nice fancy restaurants not having to sit in coach Like it's hard to look I've never sat in first class, but I've walked past first class Let me tell you something about the people in first class They look way happier than us and coach. Well easy. He did that but then he died from doing that I'm never phone spirit. I was about to lie. I'm from Frontier once easy that for me. So just in case you don't know I'm from Frontier one And Let me tell you something. I Didn't realize how bougie I was I was on that plane and they came through with the cart in the aisle and I was like Ma'am, can I have a coke and she was just like, oh, yeah, it's gonna be $6. That's a y'all charges for coke. Oh No, I know. I'm 100. I know I'm 100% bougie when it come to flights I've listened to a lot of Frontier and Spirit Airlines stories right And I heard I heard you know One one I heard one time somebody got on the Spirit flight and it was a three-hour flight and they were like man I'm gonna be bored on that entire flight and I was like you can watch a movie though And then I was like, wait a minute. It's spirit. They don't give no movies. And at that point I realized I'm bougie Don't put me and the thing about it is the thing about it is usually when I do go on planes And I go on a flight. I usually don't watch whatever they have cuz I usually like whatever they have I've already seen. Mm-hmm. So I usually I usually bring my tablet or my phone on the plane hook up to their Wi-Fi I don't have the option and I'd be like and I'd be exactly I'd be like in now I know I know if y'all ain't got no movies y'all ain't got no Wi-Fi either So I can't even I can't even watch what I want to watch. I can't even log into the Wi-Fi and be like so Yeah, I know when it come to flights Yeah, man, I got I'm bougie man right now. I'm gonna pay that Yet they'd be like a man the spirits like $50 and I'd be like nah, I'm gonna pay that for honey. I'm good I'm gonna pay that for honey just so I can have Wi-Fi I'm good or even I'm not this bougie But I know people who are this bougie like the whole idea of even having a layover flight Like a connecting flight some people are like, I'm good. I'll pay the extra 200 I will pay the extra 200 not to have to get off of this plane to get on another one Out of the connected flights because what I realized with connected flights it Especially depend on what airports you are If you're connecting flight now, if you're uh, if you're a layover or the connected flight is like over two hours Then yeah, you'll notice it But if it's like two hours to an hour The Atlanta Airport from you to get from your plane to wherever your departure is at By the time you get there They're gonna be boarding the plane because you know They start boarding the plane like 30 minutes before you take so like if you're if you're a layover like an hour Like by the time you get to that like I said, Atlanta Airport so big by time you get there Anybody? Yeah, we boarded you get there. Anybody we boarded a first-class. He like dang y'all born already Yeah, but if your layover is in Indianapolis You'd be like what am I supposed to do in here? I ain't never been on Indianapolis if you go to Germany If you go to Germany, let me tell you something whatever your layover is by the time you get to your terminal You better stay there. I went to the Dominican Republic and the airport looked like a hut and I was like Man, this ain't even though like they fly planes out of here Ain't that what St. Lucia? I don't know what St. Lucia is. I don't know world geography. I feel like Jeopardy category. St. Lucia, man They'd be having that plane come over the beach. I'm like y'all ain't scared. Everybody on the beach. Ah They can get in getting getting lavatory lavatory piss all on them Standing on the beach lavatory piss raining the right down on you That's why they tell people to sit down. That's why they tell people. Oh, there was just a whole separate It's an island to itself. Oh, I guess I don't know if it's a country or Yeah, that's why they tell no Lucius a country that's why they tell people to sit down When they put a seat belt on they can't go to the bathroom when the plane landing So you don't piss on the people on the beach. Oh Pissy beachy water and stuff. You don't want to get pee in the beach. You can pee in the pool You can't pee in the beach.
