Transcription

The transcription is a guided relaxation and hypnosis script. It instructs the listener to find a comfortable position, focus on a candle flame, and relax their body. The script then guides them into a state of deep relaxation using a countdown and visualization of a spiral staircase. The listener is encouraged to imagine their favorite color enveloping and relaxing their body, and then to visualize themselves on a tranquil beach, letting go of anxiety. The script ends by creating an anchor for relaxation and guiding the listener back to a state of wakefulness. Find a comfortable position and take three deep breaths in and exhale slowly. Let go of any tension in your body. You are safe and supported here. Imagine now that there's a small flickering candle flame in front of you. Focus all of your attention on this flame. Watch it as it dances and flickers. And as you continue to watch it, you may start to notice a heavy, drowsy feeling in your eyelids. They may begin to feel warm and heavy, like they're being pulled down by the gentle force of gravity. Let your eyelids become so heavy that it becomes impossible to keep them open. And as you close them, let yourself drift into a state of deep relaxation. I will now use the count from five to zero. With each and every count, the mind and body will allow you to enter the state of hypnosis very quickly, deeply, and deeper now. Starting with the count of five, we're beginning to go down now, deeper and deeper into the state of hypnosis for physically releasing, relaxing, and letting go. Three is an emotional calmness. Two, you're mentally relaxing now. One, going deeper and deeper. And zero, deep sleep. And each and every time I suggest the words deep sleep to you, for the purpose of hypnosis, with your permission, you enter quickly, calmly, and deeply, and your physical body will relax. And in your mind's eye, visualize a magnificent spiral staircase with 20 steps. With each step down, you double your relaxation, sinking deeper into tranquility. Begin descending now, taking your first step down at 19, 18, 17. Feeling your relaxation deepening at 16, 15, 14, 13. Twice as deep at 12, 11, 10. Letting go at 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0. Deep sleep. And each and every time I suggest the words deep sleep to you, for the purpose of hypnosis, with your permission, you enter quickly, calmly, and deeply, and your physical body will relax. And now, you're at the bottom of this beautiful staircase, feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful, and in a profound sense of relaxation. Your mind is open. You have the sense of knowing that relaxing more means that you are more in control. Letting go. Now, more deeply. The state of relaxation is a sense of more control. Let's bring in now a soothing element, your favorite color. Imagine your favorite color is surrounding you, enveloping you like a soft, comforting cocoon. Pitch this color in your mind's eye, and as you breathe in, visualize it filling your body with relaxation. And now, let's focus on each muscle group, starting with your toes. Imagine your favorite color is gently wrapping around them. Feel the warmth and relaxation that your favorite color brings as it spreads through your toes, soothing and comforting them. Your toes are completely relaxed. Now, move this calming color up your feet, letting it flow over and around them. And as it does, your feet become more relaxed, and all the tension melting away. Continue to visualize your favorite color moving up to your legs like a gentle, warm embrace. It surrounds your calves, your knees, your thighs, relaxing each muscle group it touches. And now, your favorite color moves up to your torso, embracing your abdomen and your chest. Feel the tension dissolving, replaced by a profound sense of calm and relaxation. Picture this comforting color now flowing down your arms, from your fingertips up to your shoulders. As it touches each muscle group, your arms become lighter, looser, and completely at ease. Finally, imagine your favorite color gently washing over your neck and head like a soothing waterfall of relaxation. Every muscle of your neck, face, and scalp relaxes, and any lingering tension simply drifts away. You are now completely enveloped in this soothing embrace of your favorite color, and your entire body is deeply relaxed and at peace. And now, imagine yourself at a beautiful, secluded beach. Feel the soft, warm sand beneath your feet, molding your every step. The sun shines brilliantly in the clear blue sky, warming your skin. You hear the gentle rustling of palm leaves in the breeze, and the rhythmic sound of waves as they wash up on the shore. As you walk towards the water's edge, the crystal clear ocean stretches out before you. Dip your toes in the cool, refreshing water, and feel the gentle waves caressing your skin. Inhale the scent of salty sea air, and taste the salt on your lips. You are completely immersed in this tranquil paradise, free from any worries or stress. And while you're here, in this peaceful beach, let go of any anxiety or tension that might be holding you back. Visualize any anxious thoughts or feelings as small pebbles. Now, one by one, toss those pebbles into the ocean, watching them disappear into the depths. With each pebble, you release your anxiety, dementia, and your sense of calm and relaxation deepens. I'm going to create an anchor now for you as you rest on this tranquil beach. Whenever you touch your thumb and index finger, you'll instantly return to this deep state of relaxation and calmness. Your mind and body remembers this anchor, and it will help you remain serene and centered, even in challenging situations. Allow this profound relaxation to stay with you as you slowly return to your regular state of awareness. And when you open your eyes, you will feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and feel free of anxiety. And now, it's time to come back out of the state of hypnosis, feeling relaxed, peaceful, and ready to face the day with a newfound sense of calm and serenity. I'll reverse the count for you now, from 0 to 5, with each count being more and more alert and awake and a positive sense of well-being. 0. Let's shut the door to the subconscious mind to block all negatives. 1. Slowly and calmly coming out of the state of hypnosis now. 2. Physically aware and mentally alert. 3. Coming up even higher now. 4. Eyes beginning to open. 5. Eyes open, wide awake. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Eyes open, wide awake.
