The speaker plans to cover various topics in their podcast, including finance, getting a real estate license, voicing opinions on popular topics, and discussing new laws in America. They will educate listeners about real estate and share their own journey towards getting a license. In terms of finance, they will cover insurance, budgeting, debt, credit scores, and taxes. The podcast intros will provide information on future topics to be discussed. The topics I have chosen so far are teaching people about finance with the best way to invest your money. The second topic is my journey slash guide into getting my real estate license. The third topic is voicing my opinion on popular topics like the Tick Tock Band. I do have an opinion on it, but that's for a different story. Voicing my opinions on new laws that are being passed in America, you know, just giving my two cents on the newest problems in America on top of the old ones. That was not a diss, so don't take it like it was. To go into more of that, I want to talk more about the real estate. Now for my real estate journey, I will be educating you guys through the process of it so that everything you need to know and what you must do to get your license. I'm still in the learning process, but I'll educate you guys as I go. Now for finance, it will be on insurance, budgeting, debt, improving your credit score, and the origins of taxes. It's a lot more than you think when it comes to finance. You'll learn more as you go. I feel like that concludes the topics of the podcast, but the intros will be different just to give you guys a heads up, and they'll be letting you know more topics that will be discussed in the future or what will give you some knowledge on what the following episodes will be about.
