Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdul In the day of Laylatul Isra' Al-Mi'raj, so yesterday was the night of Isra' Al-Mi'raj And today was the day, and after Maghrib today we have finished that blessed moment One of the biggest lesson of Isra' Al-Mi'raj, of course there are thousands of lessons, thousands of Asrar, secrets Thousands of power in the nights of Laylatul Isra' Al-Mi'raj And if you have done the Sunnah prayers that I have suggested that you do I am sure you will have felt the blessings of those prayers Insha'Allah Because it is a powerful Munajjad by Sheikh Muhammad Ghawth Zawarullah Shatri He inherited the Sunnah of Awliya' Allah S.A.W. Why? Because one of the lessons of Isra' Al-Mi'raj, and this is one of the ruinous traits that we are discussing today is Kibriya This is the arrogance of oneself And this Kibriya is something that if you have even an iota, a bit of Kibriya, you would not be allowed in the presence of Allah S.A.W. So if you have even an atom of this, it is a challenge because only Allah S.A.W. can have this That is why it is called Al-Mutakabbir, Al-Mutakabbirun That is Allah, the one that is Kibriya, that is arrogant What was the word that we found just now Abdullah? Arrogant, imperial Yes, it is something to do with, it shows imperial like a royalty kind of feeling So we cannot have that But how do we honour ourselves? Allah S.A.W. did not stop us from honouring ourselves We honour ourselves by taking away this Kibriya There is no I in it And that is why when Allah S.A.W. shown this in 27th of Rajab during the time of Sayyidina Muhammad S.A.W. Subhanallazi He praised himself So this is the Kibriya of him Subhanallazi I, all praises be to be Subhanallazi Asra That he made to travel Abdihi My servant Whose servant? We are all not confirmed to be the servant of Allah Only our arrogance, our Kibriya would say that we are the servant of Allah Awliya Allah S.A.W. their dua is Ya Allah, allow me to be your servant Because of the day they engaged it We are living in We think servants are people who are what? No So it is easy to be a servant No It is not easy to be the servant in the one that holds, controls The one that is in charge of everything There cannot be a will in you A servant, there is no will We don't go up to Allah and say I want to do this This is my life, I want to do whatever I want Sayidina Muhammad S.A.W. did that He says Ya Allah Save me from myself These are the prayers of the Prophet Do not leave me even a blink of an eye alone to myself And that is why we see, we study from this People who empty themselves of themselves And fill themselves up with the light of Allah S.W.T He gave the light when you take bai'at Every night, the arrogance of us is that We have been given the access to know Muhammad But we are sleeping We are sleeping, we are not even trying to seek the Nur within ourselves But instead we look for the Nur of Dunya Expensive things, we are looking at Dunya Because we love Dunya, that is why even if it is given The beautiful light of Sayidina Muhammad S.A.W. It has been given, no? It has been given But are we actually focusing on it? That is Kibriya, that is arrogance When your Sheikh, your Murshid and Nabi S.A.W. Allah has given you something to do And we are not doing it That is arrogance, simple We are all looking for guidance For a Sheikh That is nice to sit with, to have coffee So you can write a book about it Very nice to sit with my Sheikh I had coffee, biscuits, scones at the Buckingham Palace Very nice stories But we don't like to see the Sheikh When he threatens, when he pushes When he just stretches the ego Oh, the Beguaya The Kibriya of the person Example, we say Do this Amal in the morning Can I do it at night? Can I do it after Zuhur? Can I do it before Zuhur, after Asr but before Maghrib? When we say example Majlis Zikir is very important Ya, but can I come once a month? Can I come once a year? The Sheikh says, ok But that is up to your ego You see The treatment of Kibriya is such We cannot force You know they say The rib, right? Can you straighten the rib? No What will happen when you straighten the rib? It will? Crack Crack, never mind, break That is how they do What do you call that? Bypass, right? They have to break the ribcage Break the ribcage Then take the artery Change the artery All this gedebut must do Why? Because you cannot straighten There is no such thing as Ya, you just put some ointment here Until the ribcage is straight Is it like that? No The ribcage has to be broken That is our ego So if the Sheikh says Sheikh gives prescription Moshe gives prescription Can I do this that time? Can The Sheikh will always say can Until you are ready to listen Kibir starts with what? You have to overcome Kibriya starts with what? Listening We listen and we obey But there are people They listen and we disobey They listen Same, medical health also the same You have diabetes, don't do this Listen Obey or not? Don't obey Stress Don't take too much work Listen, listen But do you obey? No Why? Arrogant But what did Nabi s.a.w. do? He listened So the first sunnah The first sunnah Is to listen Obey Allah says Pray how many times a day? That wasn't a very confident time How many times a day? And then there is the sunnah of it Pray on time Pray with sunnah Pray with wudhu Pray with atar Pray with siwak Pray using sunnah All the sunnah things But our arrogance It's okay It's English It's okay We can imagine Right? Cultured prayer Just put the DNA of prayer You've prayed That's the time we live in In this day and age We don't want to struggle Why? Arrogance Arrogance makes it difficult for us to struggle And that's the education of today That's the characteristics of today And that's why people have problem with iman I've advised most of you To sit down and do tawajjah And do tasawwur Imagine etc This is the way to overcome the ego Murshid I cannot see you That's because of your kibriya Not me You cannot let go of yourself Murshid, were you busy? I'm always busy Either busy with Haider Ali, Abdullah My wife, Firma Or busy with My mother, my father All of you Or busy answering bureaucracy Right? Why bank account haven't start? Why this? So many things Why website? Why SoundCloud? So I'm always busy Alhamdulillah You keep me busy That's good But My heart cannot be busy That the dunya Cannot work But the heart must be what? This is the battle When we try to get the heart engage It can't be That's arrogance Because the heart is always what? Why me what? Why must I see the name of someone else? Why must I connect to someone else? When we start to become hardened in the heart The body will become stiff You notice some young people Their body Their gestures are very stiff You notice? Because the heart is hard You never see a narration of the Prophet That people say he is stiff He is still not stiff Two different things One whose body is always engaged In the remembrance of Allah The body will submit to the heart So if the heart is softened Illuminated Warm And hearts with the tajalli from the silsila Then the body will follow soon But if the heart is hardened With kibriya Then of course the body will also what? Why? Because it's fighting with the Qadar of Allah It's fighting And that's why Allah carried the Prophet I Me My servant Travel in the night And that's why we say It's not about you reaching Allah Never about that It's how Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala Brings you to his presence Because you are not traveling to somewhere It's the realization that you are not the one in charge of your life But all we have to do is submit to Allah in this life How many lifetimes does it take for us to submit to Allah? We only have this one opportunity to submit to Allah Right? So when you start to do your zikr You become more refined And then in your zikr you hear your thoughts Asking you to do this Asking you to do that That is actually your ego Your kibir Because you don't want to submit to the one you are remembering But the one you are remembering Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala Is ever ready In his might In his power In his grace Yes my servant, what do you want from me? But here we are calling out to Allah But our mind wanders Our Not even talking about waswas Don't blame shaitan first It is our arrogance That does not want to submit to the one that we are remembering And that's why when it comes to prayer Our body Can pray, take the best of wudhu But your heart Has not submitted to Allah And that's why the first rule of tariqah is to submit The first rule of tariqah is to Submit, that's why you take bayat That's why bayat, tawbah Is to return to Allah, to submit to Allah It is not difficult my friend As long as we say la ilaha illallah, there is an I I am this, I am that Ok Allah says When you are ready and so bit by bit Then it becomes What is supposed to be very fast Has become very what? Long The other day Specifically he is not here today He shared with me a story About There is one of the sheikhs Is One of the Naqshbandi sheikhs Very up in the Like the Khajagat masters Not even before he became Naqshbandi Do you have the silsila? Here Salman Al-Farsi Al-Kharkani Hadrat Khaja Abul Hasan Al-Kharkani If I am not mistaken it is him Sorry Abdul Khalid Guzdanwani One of those earlier sheikhs So it was mentioned he was Teaching his murids Having zikir etc Suddenly out of nowhere he stood up He went out, he rode on a horse So the murids followed Rode on the horse And then what happened is He rode to the right, he rode to the left Rode back, forward Then he did some You know like zig zag riding the horse Then he disappeared He disappeared And then after that He came back, the murids asked Where did you go murshid? He says you know Sultan Muhammad Fatih Muhammad Fatih He called for help, Ya Allah, Ya Rasul O Qutub of the time, because he is going to enter Istanbul So he called me So I had to go He called me So I had to go, so he went to help Sultan Muhammad Fatih, he came back Sultan Fatih didn't call The name of the sheikh, who did he call? The Qutub of the zaman The Qutub of the zaman He is the one who has the zero ego He is the one with the zero ego It is not a title that you work towards You get the Cooperation, management Ya Qutub of the zaman, you know I have to go for some classes After that It depends on how many professional Education points you have received How many hours you have clocked in It is not that, it is how much Of your ego and your arrogance Have you taken out Management world, the more ego The higher you go Tariqah Awliya, the more zero The higher Allah will bring you But zero here doesn't mean You empty yourself, but you fill yourself With the presence of the silsila Not the presence of our Ego, not the presence of our Nafsu, not the presence of Other dunya, and the presence Of the whisperings of shaitan The body Must remember that, the mind must remember That, so it is not Going to be an easy ride, but The more we surrender, in our zikr Those milliseconds that we surrender To Allah, those milliseconds That you surrender to Allah in your prayers Those milliseconds that you surrender To Allah in your thoughts, that will Grow One millisecond in the presence of Allah Is worth thousands of years Never underestimate The power of Allah Our ego will tell us, it is only a millisecond A saat, a moment Or an hour of contemplation On Allah is equivalent to One year of sunnah worship Or some narration goes up to 70 years of sunnah worship Contemplation, not asking you to worship That contemplation is us Taking away, our what? Our kibriya, our arrogance So when you have been given The zikr of la ilaha illallah La ilaha La ilaha Is to get rid of the ego The dunya The love of the world The arrogance, all of these four The whisperings of shaitan and all Then you go to Illallah That is why one of the mark of zikr Is that when you make zikr Of la ilaha illallah so much That your body must vibrate with that zikr Not vibrate with what? Kibriya Not vibrate with what? Miserliness Waswasa, all of those that we have mentioned Now we are coming with the vibration of the ego We are coming with the vibration of our Nafsu, we are coming with the vibration Of the love of the world We are coming with our Vibrations of waswasa and shaitan When you do la ilaha illallah You think it is going to go away like that? So you must take that willpower The path is open How much We want to overcome this To be with Allah And how much of the love of the world And our ego we are willing to put away You cannot It is challenging Sometimes we cannot do it in the morning Cannot do this Find ways, do this, wake up Struggle Kibriya does not want you to struggle Kibriya wants you know in the morning Two angels will come Two angels will come and say Oh Fidaus Come wake up Fidaus Then the minute Fidaus wake up They put rose water Come lets walk to the bathroom Fidaus It is like walking on air MashaAllah For the Waliulillah If not We have to struggle on our own to overcome what? We wake up The smell of our body You know the smell of our breath With the mata all Allah Allah MashaAllah Three minutes Why is it sleeping not MashaAllah Alhamdulillah You see the arrogance the Kibriya will go like We need to wake up before Fajar I want to be the one waiting for Fajar I want to be the one that waits That eagerly waits to do Zikir But Kibriya says Allah loves you Don't worry When we say like this in this day and age People will say very extreme People who wait for prayer And wait for Zikir are very extreme Can you imagine that But you wait for the latest release of Iphone you came outside the shop MashaAllah Number one You wait for Taylor Swift punya ticket One year you wait subhanAllah One year People willing to free buy Free sell their soul Can No problem You get what I am trying to say We should already yearn for Ramadan Rajab comes Sha'ban is going to come The spirit must be there But no we are yearning for dunia That's arrogance So don't think arrogance is when You can moonwalk I will show you Michael Jackson Walk around with your glitter You show your dunia Yesterday we were on the They were playing Michael Jackson Billie Jean Not my lover Smooth criminal Nonsense right Smooth habit Dunia Not my lover How we think Reflection of our arrogance The worst worst we carry Is the reflection of our arrogance Don't blame shaitan It's our arrogance for not wanting to submit Look The world is not going to get Super beautiful after this We all know that There is war there is this there is that Let's just be frank Talking point No panelist here All of you are panelist because we are all talking about this One point The point of Nur Muhammad That our murshid has given That is our salvation My friend If you cannot hold on to an-nabi s.a.w And his light That our murshid has given has reminded Has directed to us What else are we going to hold on to If you are not vibrating With Nur Muhammad s.a.w Then we are vibrating with something else Which will not save us During the time of the prophet s.a.w You know The Quraysh came and they were walking This is in surah al-an'am Verse 111 You can read that later So they were saying An-nabi s.a.w has a group of people called Ahlus Sufah Have you heard of them? Ahlus Sufah and from there we get The Ahlus Sufiyah as well Initial Sufiyah The people who practice Zuhud Ahlus Sufah Next week maybe we can go through the names of the Ahlus Sufah The ulama has compiled So the Quraysh said Ya Rasulullah Ya Muhammad they didn't call Rasulullah You see these are your Muslims These people, these poor ones You see if you Stop being with them, we can be with you We will become Muslim And today in Islam is like that You are a successful Muslim only If you are high up ranking You know, people who have dunya Very high You know, you are a very good preacher Example, very good ustaz If you wear tie and coat You know where people get The tie from? I have said this before It is the clothes of the assassins You can wear it The clothes of the assassins It is on Google I am not making this up, go and Google it Is that the sunnah of the Prophet SAW? And Prophet SAW taught us to wear turban Turban is the clothes of who? Malak? Malakika Imamah Tajul Mu'mineen The Imam The Imamah is the crown Of the Mu'min And Prophet SAW gave us the crown my friend And Prophet SAW Gave us, you know Ways to honour ourselves But instead we chose the way of Kibriya This is the world today It is portraying to us If you are like this You are not successful But if you are arrogant It is selling to you The subtleties of arrogance In the way we eat, in the way we dress In the way we speak In the way we think And that is why we cannot go for Mi'raj And we are arrogant To say Allah, Prophet didn't say Allah In Mi'raj Because we are thinking with dunya So as Ahle Sufiya There are people who strive to be in this way Who wishes that their heart Is brought to the point of Mi'raj In their prayers That this is how we should stop thinking And we should start thinking With the heart There is nothing wrong With your heart It is just that we need to let go of the arrogance And the heart will start To connect with Allah My heart is difficult to connect With Zikr I have already give this almost 45 minutes sohbat About it Again I am trying to think So can you imagine Kita Kahini We are here, we are trying to struggle with it Can you now think and imagine The heart of the Kutub Of the Zaman The heart of the Awliya Allah S.A.W Can you then imagine the heart of Sayyidina Muhammad So when you struggle, tell yourself This is the path of the hearts of those Who are pure No use taking Bai'ah But then you know We are not struggling with this, so I have said this before Increase your Zikr Qalbi Our Tariqah Has Zikr Qalbi, it is in Suluk-e-Habib Do that Zikr If you can 30 minutes 45 minutes Sit down Do your Tawajjah and do your Tasawwur Allow your Murshid's presence to be there It reminds you of the Silsila The light, the Tajalli from him Comes into your heart And you say, I am not doing this on my own But I am doing this With the blessings, with the permission Of our Silsila Of An-Nabi S.A.W and of Allah And that my friend, according to Ulema of Sufiya in Nusantara Is the first Maqam of Tariqah MashaAllah That means only Allah has all of the Power, has all of the Might, I am nothing So when you are doing one Zikr Who is allowing you to do it? Allah When you are doing one Zikr Who is giving you the power to do it? Allah When you are doing your prayer Who is giving you the power to do it? So is there, in actual fact Is there any room For arrogance? And can you imagine How arrogant we have been? This is a continuous Muhasabah A continuous Muhasabah Then you will start to see This is the arrogance and how much It has clutched into my heart Like Tariq, you want to pull it out Want to pull it out, you will hold on Because now you are making it out of a job This is the work of Rasul, nothing else Everything else is etc. This is the main work, once we overcome this Right? Once you are able to differentiate Between the arrogance, this is not me The real you And the arrogance you Then can you start to move forward Bit by bit And the arrogance you will chase up with you It's like you know One of those villains that you are working Is following you right? He wants to ambush you So he will what? Hide behind the wall He will hide here, hide there Waiting for the right time to what? Bounce So your connection With your Sheikh must be very what? Strong The Sheikh Is not strong An-Nabi SAW is the one that is very strong He is the one giving that He says you hold hand of this person Hold hand to this person until An-Nabi SAW, you are holding hand with the Prophet Means you are holding hand with who? Allah, because my hand is above The hand of the Prophet SAW So you are holding You are going With the assistance of all of these 200 people In the Silsila, 200 plus people 45 Silsila Holding on 200 plus One Silsila minimum 30 plus 40 names Awliya Allah SWT 45 of it, you calculate lah Maybe they want to help Our arrogance, say no need I got my My points ready, I went for class I know how to handle this, no need I just went for a workshop On you know, baca-baca All these kind of things on Tajweed, I know No need I just finished my 4 lessons you know You think what, 4 lessons easy is it? Orang dulu belajar Ayi dua tahun tak bihabit Our no need No need, no need, no need Okay lah, no need lah Until we said We need you, please be pleasant We need you, we need you Then they said, okay we will come Understand? So insyaAllah tonight We remind ourselves, kibriya Is a very long topic But I believe the fundamental Points that I've shared as a reminder to myself Initially And as a reminder to all of you, because All of our muridins And for all of those who are at home So the more we say No, to our ego To our dunya Then you will see, there is This light that will come It will pull you Like I was saying to some Just now, it's like you know Have you ever felt, like the other day When Fikri was here, I pulled him Remember that? That pull, that tug, you must feel In your heart Pull you up That's how The attraction of the silsila Must be for us, it pulls us Not as dragging, even So when you're dragging yourself to come here Can you imagine how hard The silsila is pulling you? What is the silsila fighting with? Your own? How? Very tiring Work tomorrow You alone work I don't work tomorrow I don't work, I've got children, I've got whatever Correct or not? Still go market Same thing, what you do, I do So don't say, oh shit, you only do this No, no, no I wash toilet, I wash, also I do Not the same, correct or not? I don't wash, I wash If not, how to pull you? But can you imagine If you are suffering from that How much the silsila is sending to pull you? And how much If you are at home And you're doing it, and you still come To the screen to listen How much more the silsila Has to bring you to the screen? Versus those who are Willingly coming I have to go for zikir That means how much they have let it go And then how easy the silsila said, come, let's go The effect will be different So you pick How you want to come to the hanka The Quran talks about it, no? People who are dragged On their faces Not going to drag People who slough their way to prayer It's arrogance May Allah protect us, inshallah May Allah bless us, inshallah May Allah lighten our load May Allah protect us from our kibriya For only He can do that May Allah increase our iman and our taqwa May Allah bring us closer to Him May Allah forgive us of all of our arrogance Of all of our misdeeds And change them To iman and taqwa, inshallah And increase our dependence On Him more than our daily bread Ya Allah, make us not depend on our daily bread But depend on You, Ya Allah Depend on Your rizq On Your everything, Ya Allah Depend on Your protection Your everything, Ya Allah Your healing, Your shifa Your granting, Your acceptance of dua, Ya Allah Versus our own efforts Which actually accumulates to nothing, Ya Allah Make us people who understand, mashaAllah And make us be uplifted with that Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen Ameen
