Drag door review by Mr. Nolan. These adhesive duct tape might not be appropriate for all drag doors, but for my situation this works phenomenally. Well, I chose to attach the drag door side piece with screws instead of using adhesive due to the fact that I expect the adhesive would fail pretty quickly under the peel loads for this application. I used the adhesive for the floor mount as the loads at the floor mount will be primarily sheer loads for which the adhesive will work really well. For my particular situation, these door reinforcements are absolute game changers when it comes to door fittings. I mean, they might not be the perfect fit for every drag out of reality, for short D-O-O-R out there, but trust me, they work like a charm for me. Um, well, I went ahead and applied the adhesive for the floor mount, you know, because I know what I'm doing. And let me tell you, the loads at the floor mount, piece of cake, slice of pie, yes I do now. And let me tell you, the loads at the floor mount are, oh boy, the boys I mean, piece of cake, slice of pie, they are mostly sheer loads. And guess what, the adhesive handles them like a boss, well, big boss, I meaningly meaning mean Hugo Boss, one thousand per dollars, oh actually one hundred percent, no doubt, no doubt about it, this setup is a winner, this setup is a winner.
