Stay tuned for upcoming episodes of Change Jets. Hi, everyone, and welcome to the very first episode of Change Jets, your podcast for navigating your change management career. My name is Judith Guggen, and I am your host. And I thought it would be good to, before the next episode, with all my guests are coming out, tell you a little bit more about what you can expect, why I started podcasts, and also tell you a little bit more about myself. So this podcast is for all change career practitioners, whether you are new, seasoned, aspiring, transitioning in or out, and will focus on topics such as career pathways in change management, progressing your change management career, as well as navigating career transitions. So whether you are just starting or are mid-career, how can you keep growing? What are some strategies to apply to keep your career evolving? And how can you keep it interesting for yourself? I will be hosting people from different generations, so Gen Z, millennials, Gen X, boomers. We cover it all. So to give you a little teaser of my upcoming guests, I have my mentor and dear friend and a Gen X-er and change management extraordinaire, Erica Adams, who has over 20 years of experience in the field and has led cross-cultural and global teams on digital adoption projects, and then also run a hugely successful program where she gives back to the community by upscaling members from the public and lending them a job in the Salesforce ecosystem. I'm also featuring a award-winning Gen Z change manager. She is an advisory board member and also a mental health advocate who has created so much impact in this space already, and she is only shy of five years of experience. And then I'm also talking to two millennial men who I actually started my career with who are transitioning out of this career path to start their own coaching in nature business. Now, these are just a couple of examples. It definitely doesn't stop here. And now about my why. So these examples are exactly the reason why I started this podcast, to inspire, to give ideas, and mentorship career-wise to the change management community. When I started my career 10 years ago, I rolled into this space not really knowing what change management really all entailed. I just know that I love change. I love the softer side of business, but I couldn't necessarily envision where this career would take me in five or 10 years. But what I did have early in my career were great mentors and people that believed in me, and they really made a big difference, one, in terms of believing in me, but two, also because they were in this career track, and they were really enjoying it and progressing in their career. Until this day, I am very thankful for them because it has made me a much more confident individual and change practitioner. And I really like to give that back to people. Plus, I think it's very important that we all support each other and that you have people in your corner. So a little bit more about myself. I've been in this career track for about 10 years, and I spent most of my time at a big four company working for clients across industry and also internally. And I've done digital transformations, M&A, reorganizations, and mindset and behavioral shift work. And what keeps me coming for more is the variety of work this work brings. So that means in terms of projects, subjects, industries, but also really all types of people from different walks of life, different backgrounds, different countries. And what I really enjoy as well is when you work with skeptics towards change management to converters or lovers at the end of a project and really appreciating the work that we do. I'm also a proud working mom of three, absolutely love having little ones and doing it together with my partner, even though every week is a puzzle to figure out how we're going to fit our family life and our working schedules all together. But I wouldn't change it for the world. So special shout out as well to all those working parents out there. Please stay tuned for our next episodes that will be coming out shortly. Thank you so much for tuning in, for listening. Please stay tuned, and I will see you soon.
