A group of friends in Mississippi decide to go to the gym. They discuss their workout plans and argue about the best diet, with Bob advocating for a vegan diet. They have a squat challenge, but Bob passes out because he hasn't been consuming enough protein. He is taken to the hospital and is told he needs to eat meat for better nutrition. He is definitely on a regular diet with meat on his plate for every single meal and also maybe a fruit diet. Hell, he probably is on a carnivores diet. No, I think he is on a vegan diet but with multiple protein shakes because he does not have any type of body fat. Bob, are you dumb? If you were on a vegan diet, you would not be able to get that big. You would lose weight like a crazy man. Plant based diets are good for you. Actually, plant based diets are extremely bad if you are planning on being active while being on a plant based diet. Y'all are just hating on my diet because y'all can't lift as much. Bob, I know for a fact I can outlift you any day of the week. Bob, if you can lift as much as we can, then we will stop making fun of your vegan diet. Deal, I know vegan diet is the best diet. Bob, I have no idea what world you live in but meat is the best type of food you can ever process. Meat has creatine, protein, multiple vitamins and it tastes amazing. Plus, a meat diet gives your muscles a maximum look because of all the protein it has and it keeps me full all day instead of eating multiple salads a day. So tell me how a vegan diet is better. A plant based diet, you are not getting as many calories in a while in a carnivores diet. Plus, look how skinny I look. You have fat and I don't. Stop arguing guys, the best diet is a mix of both like mine. It allows you to get all of your nutrients and protein from the meat while the greens allow you to balance out the body. Whatever, I know the best. If you are so confident then prove it. Kelly Bob and Pace decided to have a max day on squat. Okay, let's start off at 135 and warm up our legs. Yeah, that's fine, let's do it 8 times. After they lifted the easy weight, they jumped straight to 225. Okay, we hit this for 3. Sounds good. Actually, can we hit that for like 2 just so we don't burn out? Kelly and Bob agreed. After they all successfully hit 225, the real challenge came. Okay, time to put another plate on. Bob, do you know how heavy this is? It is 315. Bob, this is not safe for you. I think maybe you should move to 250 then work your way up. Haha, y'all are just scared I will lift this and y'all won't. Whatever man, get off your high horse and quit being ignorant. You know what Bob, do it. But don't come complaining to us when you are hurt. Bob was mad at his friends because they did not believe in him. Kelly and Pace put 315 on the bar and made sure the clamps were on and the standards were there in case something happened. Bob got under the bar and started debating about how he's been working out and feeling very tired. Do y'all feel dizzy after y'all lift a lot of weight? Yeah, but it only lasts like 3 seconds and I'm fine again. Yeah, but mine only lasts like 2 and I'm fine. Oh okay, well I should be fine. Bob's dizziness has not gone away. Bob has not been eating his protein intake which is making him feel dizzy. Bob gets under the bar and lifts the weight off the racks. Bob drops the weight on the racks. Bob, get up! Do I need to call the ambulance? Yes, now! Pace calls the ambulance. Bob wakes up. Man, what happened? Bob, you just passed out when you lifted that, are you okay? The cops and ambulance are on their way. The cops show up less than 2 minutes. Hey guys, I'll be taking a report on the accident. I'll tell you what happened, come over here. Pace tells Sally everything that happened. Bob gets taken to the hospital. Emergency! Emergency! Emergency! Open! Move! Move! Move! Time, hour or two goes by. Hey Bob, your results came back. You have a low intake of protein which causes your body to feel weak and your vitamin B12 is really low. So we gave you some medicine. I thought I was meeting my protein intake and taking B12 pills to meet my requirement. Bob, me personally, a vegan diet causes more harm than you think. You need to eat meat, I suggest a carnivore diet. Yeah, I think I will. I will have to get rid of this diet.
