If you eat right, then you will grow in size. Yeah, I heard he eats around 3,000 calories a day plus his protein intake is really good. I wonder what type of diet he is on. He is definitely on a regular diet with meat on his plate for every single meal and also maybe a free diet. Hell, he probably isn't on a carnivore diet. No, I think he is on a vegan diet but with multiple protein shakes because he does not have any type of body fat. Bob, are you dumb? If you were on a vegan diet, you would not be able to get that big. You would lose weight like a crazy man. Plant-based diets are good for you. Actually, plant-based diets are extremely bad, especially if you are planning on being active while being on a plant-based diet. Y'all are just hating on my diet because y'all can't lift as much as me. Bob, I know for a fact I can out-lift you any day of the week. Bob, if you can lift as much weight as we can, then we'll stop making fun of your vegan diet. Deal. I know a vegan diet is the best diet. Bob, I have no idea what world you live in, but meat is the best type of food you can ever process. Meat has creatine, protein, multiple vitamins, and it tastes amazing. Plus, a meat diet gives your muscles a maximum look because of all the protein it has and it keeps you meat-full all day instead of eating multiple salads a day. So tell me how a vegan diet is better. A plant-based diet, you are not getting as many calories as a carnivore diet. Plus, look how skinny I am. You have fat and I don't. Stop arguing, guys. The best diet is a mix of both like mine. It allows you to get all of your nutrients and protein from the meat while the greens allow you to balance out the body. Whatever. I know is the best. If you are so confident, then prove it. Kelly, Bob, and Pace decide to have a max day on squat. Okay, let's start off at 135 to warm up our legs. Kelly and Pace both said, yeah, that's fine. Let's do it 8 times. After they lifted the easy weight, they jumped to 225. Okay, we hit this for 3. Sounds good. Actually, can we hit this for 2 just so we don't burn out? Kelly and Bob agree. After they all successfully hit 225, the real challenge came. Okay, time to put another plate on. Bob, do you know how heavy this is? It's 315 pounds. Bob, this is not safe for you. I think maybe you should move to 250 then work your way up. Ha ha ha. Y'all are just scared I'll lift this and y'all won't be able to. Whatever, man. Get off your high horse and quit being ignorant. You know what, Bob? Do it. But don't come complaining to us when you are hurt. Bob was mad at his friends because they did not believe in him. Kelly and Pace put 315 pounds on the board and made sure the clamps were on and the standards were there in case something happened. Bob got under the board and started debating about how he's been working out and feeling very tired. Man, do y'all feel dizzy after you lift a lot of weight? Okay, yes, but only lasts like 3 seconds then I'm fine. Yeah, but mine normally lasts like 2 then I'm fine. Oh, okay. I should be fine. Bob's dizziness has not gone away. Bob has not been eating his protein intake which has been making him feel dizzy. Bob gets under the board and lifts the weights off the rack. Bob drops the weight on the rack. Ah! Bob! Bob! Get up! Do I need to call the ambulance? Yes, now! Pace calls the ambulance. Bob wakes up. What happened? Bob, you passed out when you lifted that. Are you okay? The cops and the ambulance are on their way. The cops show up less than 2 minutes. Hey guys. They say hey. I'll be taking a report on the accident today. Can I get one of y'all? I'll tell you. Pace tells Sally everything that happened.
