The speaker wishes Lori a happy birthday and apologizes for the early hour. They mention a women's retreat and express excitement for the event. They offer prayers for the women attending and ask for a safe journey. The speaker also mentions a men's wild game dinner and discusses the hot sauces they plan to bring. They mention a bottle and can drive at their church to raise money for Christian education. They explain their role in turning in the bottles and cans and mention the current counts for the boys and girls teams. The speaker concludes by encouraging the women to have a great time at the retreat. Hello, hello! And happy birthday goes out to Lori. Yeah, I know you're not awake at 2.44 AM, but I am. And when you wake up, I'll be sleeping. So happy birthday to you. Have an awesome time at the retreat, at the women's retreat. You girls are going to have a great time. Going to miss y'all on Sunday. I know some show up on Sunday, but many don't. It'll be kind of quiet in there. It'll also be kind of like a challenge to see some of the dads bring the kids in, and moms are like, nope, ain't going. It's going to be lots of fun for y'all. Someone had asked that I give out prayers to the ladies. So hey, Father, touch the ladies this weekend. Fill their hearts full of your Holy Spirit so it just pours out like a little Play-Doh thing. You put it in there and you squish it, and it comes right on out. But you can, you know, they don't have to push. It's just going to ooze right out of there anyway. And just give them an awesome fellowship time, and fill up each one with stuff, the Holy Spirit, in the way you want them to. Safe travels there and back. In Jesus' name, amen. There, there's your prayer. Anyway, yep, they're going out there. What am I doing with this one? I didn't write anything down. I got a couple things I'd like to talk about, but I don't want to put it in this one because it's Lori's birthday, and they're going to go out to a retreat. Oh, another thing about church, though, there's a men's wild game dinner. Kind of see if women are invited because they were invited last year, and that was pretty cool. But I'm bringing hot sauces, not just any hot sauces. I threw them on Facebook, and you'll have to check out my post. There's 10 bottles of hot sauce. From left, it's like 2,100 Scoville units. All the way to the right, it's about 3 million. What's it called? The Last Dab Apollo. I mean, you know, the eighth one is called Da Bomb. So just imagine it. Watch the YouTube show, The Hot Ones. Please mind all the swearing. If you don't want swearing, watch the Ray Aliankovic episode. If you don't mind the swearing, then Gordon Ramsay. If you want to see revenge caught upon him, watch that one. But yeah, the hot sauces will be there. Got to check on that. I want to, you know, cook the meat up the morning of here and then assemble it all together at the church like I did last year. So, oh, that's it. And if anybody wants to know, hey, it's in the middle of the night. I can do this, right? You know, can I do this, Mr. President? We don't want fake news. That's right. No fake news here. Every year, you know, during the summer vacation time from school, our church has a pot, bottle, and can drive to raise money for Christian education. And they have it kind of fun. They have it the boys versus the girls. And the loser has to serve spaghetti dinner to the winners. And then they get to eat. So everybody gets to eat. But, you know, like a little bit of bragging rights. But I don't think it's the kids that are collecting these. I think it's the adults that are collecting. The kids are supposed to be collecting the bottles and cans. But it's the adults collecting for them. Maybe we can change that next year. But what I do is I don't collect bottles and cans. I turn them in at the store, but I turn in the money. Because I've seen the bins that the bottles and cans are in in the office complex. And you can imagine one, maybe two people turning in all those bottles and cans. I mean, right now, there's a total of over 11,000 bottles and cans between the boys and girls. You know, and last time I checked, the grocery store accepted only $25 maximum. So that's $2,500. Could you imagine having to go into the store five times? Oh, boy. Anyway, if anybody wants to know, you didn't hear it from me. But every week at the church, they reveal how many have been turned in for the week, according to our treasurer. But what I do, people see me in the back of the church during announcements. I got my phone out. I am taking notes. And I'm taking notes during service. Got my Bible app going. You see me with my phone while I'm, you know, playing my violin. I'm actually keeping an eye on the Facebook Live post so that, you know, if my nose itches, I don't want to be on camera. That's mainly what I'm doing. And also, I might get a text message from the sound people back there. And, you know, in my headphones, I may want to hear a little more of this or that or something. So, yeah, I just, I got my phone. But if anybody wants to know, the girls, the missionettes, they have 6,102. And the Rangers, the boys have 5,247. That's a difference of 855 that the Rangers are behind. So in case anybody wants to know, if you have any bottles and cans you'd like to donate for the education department at the church, hey, reach out to somebody. During COVID, oh, my goodness, people went out. They had the bottles and cans. They didn't want to go out and, you know, turn them in. So somebody went out and picked them up for them. But that's all I got about that. Ladies, you're all prayed up. Go have some awesome fellowship. Mingle with ladies that you don't normally do. And because everybody is important in God's eyes. See you all, some of you on Sunday. And other people, you know, good night. Got to go.
