The United Airlines Ontario Office team deserves a huge shoutout! They found me a seat on a later departure the same day, despite my fear about missing my flight. No bias, just professionalism and prompt action. I'm grateful that they avoided making an already stressful situation even more stressful. In addition, it was a clean and uncrowded place. As I waited, they even offered me water. That little gesture had a big impact.
