The project will last for four and a half years and will be conducted in 15 experimental sites across Portugal, Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, and Peru. The project aims to improve health and well-being through nature-based therapies. The activities include assessing and selecting green spaces, designing and implementing therapeutic programs, collecting data through an app, analyzing the data to understand the relationship between nature exposure and health, and promoting the adoption of nature-based therapies. The project also includes workshops and an international forum. The goal is to provide scientific evidence and encourage behavior change towards nature-based solutions. Communication and dissemination of findings are important aspects of the project. Indeed, it sounds very diverse and interesting. And so, the project will have a duration of four and a half years, so what activities will be carried out during the four and a half years of the project? Yes, well, maybe I first start by explaining that all the project research activities will be developed and implemented in 15 experimental sites, and these sites are established in Portugal, in Greece, in the Netherlands, Germany and Peru. So, as can be understandable, this setting ensures a wide range of different contexts, such as geographical location, population density, type of natural areas, key stakeholders and communities. It will guarantee the soundness and robustness of the project results, as well as its impact. I would also like to state that we will be working with three pathologies of nature. One of them are forests and protected areas. Then we will be working also with healing gardens and urban parks, and in horticulture and gardening spaces. Now, describing the project activities, as you know, these projects are organized around working packages. We have six of them, but I will mention the activities. So, we have one that focuses on the assessment and selection of green spaces with the potential for improving health and well-being. And we also have a WP that is focused on the design, implementation and validation of nature-based therapeutic programs. As you can see, they interconnect in the sense that we do need to provide a good natural context to be able to use it to contribute to people's health and well-being. Because we will be working on developing and validating therapeutic programs in the field and not trying to study the impact of time spent in nature without a clear therapeutic goal. So, we are taking the laboratory into nature, this is why we are called NatureLab, and we will be designing, implementing and testing these programs and also adjusting them to meet the real needs of a diverse range of participants. We are engaging a total of 4,000 participants across the 15 experimental sites and also it is interesting to report that the data that will be collected regarding the experimental sites and implementation of the nature-based therapies will be collected to a dedicated app that is currently being created by the RNNC team. And then we will, in a dedicated work package, we will make the data analysis in order to get an insight and to provide scientific evidence on the relationship between exposure to natural environments and improvement on health and well-being. And we are also aiming on identifying the key therapeutic potential of nature-based procedures. And it's also very important to mention one of our lines of activities is to work on the government's social innovation and uptake of nature-based therapies, since one of the challenges of NatureLab is to boost societal uptake and behavior change for entity uptake. And last but not least, of course, communication, dissemination and exploitation are crucial activities because they contribute to raising awareness and engaging all key stakeholders, promoting their participation and feedback on NatureLab activities, but also ensuring the project's significant findings are reaching all those interested. And this will motivate a new approach to nature-based solutions and also to the adoption and implementation of nature-based therapies. And this is one of the reasons why we are pleased to develop this podcast, so that we can reach more people and that we can all engage in these topics. With equal to relevance that we plan we will be producing materials and we plan to distribute around 10,000 educational and training materials. And also we will provide indicators, methodologies and guidelines. So I think it's going to be a huge contribution to society. And just to mention, because I think it's also interesting to share, that we will be promoting international workshops, both in Europe and one will be in Lima, in Peru. And also by the very end of the project we will have an international forum and of course everyone is invited to be at these meetings. Thank you.
