Welfares available with us, performance bonus and appraisal upon successful completion of probation and being confirmed as a regular employee as of December 31st for a given calendar year, you shall become eligible for the appraisal cycle and for the increment and bonus if any declared for that calendar year, subject to the applicable rules, regulations and policies of the company. Please note, declaration of bonus and or increment for the calendar year is subject to the company's discretion and is based on the actual performance of the company and your own ongoing individual performance. The bonus payment and the increment if any declared is subject to you continuing on the payroll of the company, not having resigned, terminated or serving an order's period. One hour before the date of payment of bonus and or increment, the taxes as applicable shall be deducted as per the income tax rules and statutory requirements. The company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to terminate or amend this performance bonus plan and or increment without any notice at any time. This clause shall not establish a contractual right to receive any such payment in the future. Relocation allowance, this policy is applicable to permanent employees of RRD India working from anywhere including RRD facilities who have been internally transferred to another RRD office within India on account of business needs. This policy is also applicable to new hires required to relocate to Chennai or Trivandrum from their own cities. Shift allowance, this policy is applicable to permanent employees of RRD group later working from anywhere including RRD facilities in Chennai of job levels L1 to L9 who works in the evening and the night shift. Shift allowance will be paid to employees based on the shift timings worked in a month. The shift allowance amount for certain teams may be based on business or client specific requirements. Double wages, this policy is applicable to permanent employees of RRD co-creator working from anywhere including RRD facilities in Chennai of job levels L1 to L4 who are eligible to receive holiday wages for working on company declared national and festival holidays. Employees in job level 5 and above are considered to perform a supervisory function and hence not eligible to receive double wages. Premium time, the policy is applicable to permanent employees of RRD co-creator working from anywhere including RRD facilities in Chennai of job levels L1 to L4 who are eligible for any additional hours worked by an employee in excess of 9 hours a day including break hours that is approved by the manager would be considered as premium time for that employee on that particular day. Mobile call expenses reimbursement, this policy is applicable to below permanent employees of RRD co-creator in the Asia Pacific region to claim reimbursement of mobile phones usage. Employees in job level L7 and above, employees in job levels L1 to L6 are subject to business requirements and approvals from the HOD. Leave policy, this policy is applicable to permanent employees of RRD co-creator working from anywhere including RRD facilities in Chennai. The policy provides guidelines on the leave and detriments of full-time and part-time employees. Full-time permanent employees are eligible for 12 days casual leave, 12 days sick leave and 12 days of vacation leave which can be carried forward for 33 days and maximum material will be up to 45 days of vacation leave. Paternity leave 5 days, maternity leave will be 26 weeks for first 2 children. Maternity leave 12 weeks more than 2 children. Fresh vicinity, the vicinity of fresh is available to all permanent women employees of RRD across all locations in India. Fresh vicinity will be restricted for the children of eligible women employees in the age group of 6 months to 18 months for a maximum of 1 child per women employee. Internal job postings, this policy is applicable to all permanent employees of RRD co-creator in the Asia Pacific region to explore opportunities internally for their career growth. Job level L2 to L6, employees can apply for positions only in their respective locations. Job level L7 to L9, employees can apply for positions across APAC. Employee referral program, this policy is applicable to all permanent employees of RRD co-creator working from anywhere including RRD facilities in India from job level L1 to L9 except HR employees at all levels are eligible to participate in the employee referral program. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can provide. Payment to the employee will be made only upon confirmation of the referral. Reference fee structure, positions in all divisions other than research analytics and IT, L1, L2 6000, L3, L4 it is 10000, L5, L6 15000, L7 to L9 it is 20000. Positions in research analytics and IT division, L1, L2 it is 10000, L3, L4 it is 15000, L5, L6 it is 20000, L7 to L9 it is 25000.
