Just Justice is a podcast that explores the idea of second chances in the criminal legal system. The host, Jessica Henry, believes in giving second chances even to those who have committed serious crimes. The podcast will feature interviews with crime survivors, formerly incarcerated individuals, policymakers, advocates, and academics. It will focus on the question of who deserves a second chance and who gets to decide. The host aims to give voice to those serving long prison sentences who are desperate for an opportunity to show that they can safely be released.
