The single most important thing you should attain from what is about to be said to you is the discovery of your life's purpose. This is a statistically true statement. The vast majority of people in the world are not aware of their life's purpose. Many have trouble describing it even to themselves. Today's address is to those that want to know who they really are. I am speaking to those who desire to know why they are alive at such a time as this. I speak to those who find themselves stuck on the merry-go-round of life and want to know when will they discover their turnaround point. Perhaps you are searching for your personal identity, for the essence of your true self, for your contribution in this life. This message is for those who desperately desire to know what their life is. It took me years to discover a sense of my true identity, direction, and purpose. Been there, done that. So I will be speaking to you today through my past to your present about your future. Yes, I need to speak to you because I've been there before. I've traveled down those long dusty roads that lead to nowhere, filled with empty promises, not understanding my past nor considering the future, just going on with life as if I had all the time in the world. But one day I came to that proverbial fork in the road, that place of decision where the choice of my life's direction had to be made. If I took the road to the left, life continued the way it's always been. It's a road filled with turmoil, disappointments, heartache, and disillusionment. The challenge was survival and that's it. If I took the road to the right, I walk on a new path with a new experience. The road was narrow and it twisted and turned frequently, but I knew, I knew inside of me that this path would make a change in my life. The challenge of this road was not survival, but a determination to be expanded, elevated, and evolved. I looked at the path to the left already knowing what it offers and I realized it's time for a change. And I chose the road to a new life. The Bible says that believers are to be imitated of Christ. Jesus says I have come to set the world on fire. My job, my purpose is not to tell you what to do, but to inspire you, to ignite a flame in you. A flame that pierces the darkness of this world with brilliant light. I'm here as a guiding light, a point of reference, an experienced traveler to assist you to recognize, embrace, and accomplish your life's assignment. What I'm about to impart, you need to know. It doesn't matter what your current circumstance, situation, or conditions in life may presently be. What I'm about to say, you need to realize about yourself. I believe this will change your life. Whether you know this or not, you have a unique purpose, a divine calling, a destiny that only you can fulfill. And I am here to help you discover it, pursue it, and achieve it. I am here to challenge you, to motivate, encourage, and support you. I'm here to be your co-pilot, your companion, and your friend. Nothing in this life is random or meaningless. Everything, I repeat, everything has a reason, a cause, and a purpose. With that being said, know this, you are not a mistake. You are here for a reason. You are here to respond to a cause. You are here because your life has purpose, and you have a special role to play in this world, a unique contribution to make, a valuable gift to share. You have a mission to accomplish, a vision to realize, a legacy to leave. You have a destiny to fulfill, a potential to unleash, a greatness to achieve. You are here to live a life of significance, a life of purpose, a life of impact. The reason you are here is that you are here to change the world.
