Indonesia's OATN (Office of the Assistant to the President for Territorial Administration and Development) faces three main challenges. Firstly, they have a low budget which limits their ability to address issues and allocate funds. Secondly, maintaining border security is difficult due to Indonesia's capitalist nature. Lastly, the equipment they receive is not advanced and outdated. To overcome these challenges, the Indonesian government needs to invest in advanced military equipment, allocate more funds, and develop their own equipment. This will help improve their capabilities and address the issues they face. There are three challenges facing Indonesia's OATN, especially, the first thing that is facing OATN is the low budget. So, they are not able to pay the equipment or pay more budget or allocate funds to address and address challenges and issues. The second thing is border security. Because Indonesia is a capitalist country, it is very difficult to maintain border security in the country. The third thing is equipment that is not advanced and old-fashioned. When Indonesia receives new equipment for Indonesia, the equipment is old. So, America has to pay equipment from other countries because the equipment in Indonesia is not advanced and has not been built by the Indonesian government. To address issues that have been raised by me, the Indonesian government has to invest in equipment and military equipment in the country. So that Indonesia can develop its own equipment and have to send more money to the military so that the military can pay for more advanced equipment. And also so that they can develop equipment that is already owned by Indonesia's OATN.
