Family engagement is crucial for students' success, leading to better adaptability, attendance, behavior, and graduation rates. The Walter Brackenstein Academy is focusing on enhancing family engagement for the upcoming school year, with a goal of collaboration between parents, guardians, teachers, and administrators to support all children. In conclusion, as you can see, family engagement makes a huge difference in students' lives. Students that have an engaged family are more adaptable, have good attendance, better social behavior, and higher graduation rates, and who doesn't want that for our kids? This event will be the beginning of a full year of family engagement that is relational, interactive, collaborative, developmental, and most importantly, linked to student learning. At Walter Brackenstein Academy, we aim to better our family engagement for the 23-24 school year. The parents, the guardians, the teachers, the admin, are all part of the same team, and our goal is to work together to support their children and all children at Walter Brackenstein Academy.
