I don't know, I reckon a few of us might get a game at the way they are going at the moment Yeah! Bear with me two seconds, I'm just going to bring up some bits, how do you prefer to be referred to Andrew? Andy, what's best for you? Andrew is great! What I'll do is I do kind of like the intro and just say me, Josh and Ben will just have a quick chat and then I'll introduce you With such an impressive roll call of what you've done recently what I won't do is I won't go through every minute detail of it, more what I'd like to do is just kind of introduce you, remind me which club you're at, I've forgotten that already Abingdon, okay Abingdon, no problem, so I'll introduce you and kind of say I'll say why I picked up you as somebody we'd like to interview and explain that bit and explain the incredible transformation I've seen on Facebook and then kind of the floor is yours and we'll certainly ask some questions, I think what we will do actually, I'm kind of jumping ahead slightly, we'll do a few ice breakers first, so we'll say who's your team, your favourite player and current or ever is no problem and then kind of like your best, your favourite memory with your amazing football team that you support, I swear I didn't plan it, these two are convinced I just go looking for Arsenal fans yeah, amazing, okay, great alright, just going to check I've got everything recording and it's picking me up properly my microphone is a bit clunky at the moment, it should go quiet again cool, everybody ready, everybody happy welcome back to lose to win the podcast with myself Jack, Ben and Josh, how are we doing gents good, good what's happening in people's world yeah, absolutely, we missed you last week mate, how's things yeah, amazing how's things with you Ben, are you over your cold yeah, it's been up and down a couple of days, I think it was Friday, it wasn't good at all and then Saturday we had Lisa's cousin's wedding and 3 out of 4 of us weren't feeling very well with my daughter, the energetic one was the one that was buzzing around and keeping us all busy, so she was fine, but then Lisa's not taking a great turn she's feeling relatively rough now, but I'm okay, it's kind of coming in waves and bits and pieces but I'm all good, I'll be fine, playing football tonight, so that will shake off and go sweat it out a bit as well, which is always good, yeah I was gutted to miss it especially with some of the big names leaving the club, I'm sure we'll cover later, I know Josh has got a bit to talk about with that sort of roll call, but yeah there's a few people, inevitably I'll see Rob again at Little Down Football, but yeah all the best to the people that have moved on yeah, it's a sad moment, absolutely I agree yeah, so let's dive right into it, I've done a bit of searching obviously, I don't know if you both are, but I'm certainly a member of the Facebook group on the Man For Fat Facebook group, and there's one particular chap that caught my attention in the week for an incredible transformation, I'll let him talk about that transformation shortly, but I reached out to him and asked him, explained about the pod and asked if he wanted to join us for this evening and have a chat, so he's very kindly joined us and the added benefit for everybody that knows me is that he's avid, in fact he's a seasoned ticket holder at Ashburton Grove, the mighty Arsenal and he joins us now, so Andrew, welcome mate, how are you?
