So I'm in for a stay and listen I'm gonna be 100 with y'all because I didn't want to keep talking about me juicing because you remember the first of the year we were talking about juicing the benefits of juicing and all that good stuff and I was like y'all I was drinking celery juice. I was juicing celery solo dolo you feel me and yeah it gave me so much energy. I was like listen if you have if you want to break coffee try celery juicing OMG like the energy is amazing. I feel like it does a lot with emotional support and calmness and on this and just you know strength and confidence inside and out like really. So I didn't continue with just celery. I started adding apple like one apple and then realized like since I was juicing it solo realized that apples is mass sweet. So it made it like very balanced because you know the celery does have like a probably like a tart and you know I wouldn't say bitter but it's not the best taste but when you add the apple it's like it balances because it's not too sweet but the apple itself is mad like it's different. Like it doesn't taste like any other 100% apple juice you find in the store. It tastes mad different but it does have like a fresher taste but it does you know resemble cider of course right.
