Nothing to say, yet
This is a radio host introducing their show on a popular R&B station. They give shoutouts to the DJ and listeners. Then they talk about expressing feelings and how it's important not to let others invalidate or minimize your emotions. They emphasize that your feelings matter and deserve to be heard. They encourage listening to your intuition and finding what is enough for you. The host ends by promoting their show on Vinyl 95 that plays the best R&B, soul, and throwback hits. It's 5 out of 5, the number one station that has all the latest, all the best in R&B, soul, and throwback hits. Welcome back to the Unwind, get down with me, your girl, your host, Ivy Joy. I'm the Ivy Joy, don't understand me, but I love you. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. We enjoy you, I wanna hear you, get down and hear you. Enjoy the music, the throwbacks, all the ambience. Shout out to our favorite DJ, DJ DC. Shout out to our vibe trial, yes, yes, yes. And of course, shout out to you. Yes, our listeners, you who matters the most. Listen, listen, listen. So, there's sometimes, you know what I'm saying, we're going through what we're going through. We like to express our feelings to others. And when it's not reciprocated, it's okay, don't take it personally. Because you don't want to take it personally, but you also don't want to allow anyone to invalidate or minimize how you're feeling. Because you're feeling something and you feel it and it's real to you. And nothing anyone says has the power to invalidate that. And that's over. They never have the power to do that. And no one else lives in your body. No one else sees life through your perspective, through your lenses. No one else has lived through your experiences. And so, no one else has the right to dictate or judge how you feel. Your feelings are important and you deserve to be heard. And they are inherently validated and they matter. Don't let anyone make you believe otherwise. And you have to learn to listen with your intuition. Because sometimes when you're being heard, it's not enough. And if it's not enough to you, then it's not enough at all. And you have to search what is enough for you to go through what you're going through. Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. That's what I'm trying to say. Continue to make Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays my hero of Vinyl 95. We give you all the best R&B, soul and throwback hits. Vinyl 95. Enjoy.
