You know what I'm saying? New beginnings, new things, great things. And we appreciate you guys here for unwinding with us and being on five and chilling overnight while we all stand up. Yeah, so yesterday I was telling you guys about my juicing experience with the celery. And yeah, I'm at it again. And I feel like it's going to be like a 30-day challenge to, you know what I'm saying, make sure that I get at least a one cup of pure celery juice without any honey or anything. Just straight up celery, straight OG style. Okay, so in terms of what I was looking for, what are the benefits of juicing? Because I just felt immediately great. You know what I mean? Like my energy feels unmatched, you know. So it's just that benefits of juicing is packed with essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, living enzymes, and it gives our digestive system a break from digesting whole foods and increased energy and aids with weight loss, increased immune system.
