The topics include managing mental health between work and personal life, the importance of maintaining a healthy limit in your social relationships, and self-care beyond mental health, which is also important for lower age. And well, the first topic I will take is managing your mental health in relation to work and personal life. As you spend most of your day at work and only come home to spend the rest of your time, it is important to maintain a healthy relationship with your companions of the work to managing any stress that may arise. Depending on the type of your work you do, there are different types of stress and it is important to be aware of them. Way to manage this is by engaging in activities in your personal life that are not related to work. So you don't get influenced for stress by your job. It is not healthy to write or to let it affect your personal life. And well, I follow with the topic about the personal relationships. It is important to establish your limits, not only with your coworkers, but also with friends outside of work. It is essential to maintain these limits to ensure to feel good. If someone in your life is not doing you any good, there is no reason to keep them around. It may be challenging to separate from these individuals because you may see them in your daily life. But talking to them is always the best solution. If talking does not help the use, then it is best to look for other solutions, because if you continue to permit this behavior, it will eventually affect your mental health, which can lead to physical health problems. Well, your mental health can affect your overall health, which is related to the next topic. Taking care of your body by exercise and eating well can be of great help in maintaining your mental health. It is also important not to neglect your mental health because even if you don't see physical injuries, it is still in turn. Seeking therapy is a preventive measure for mental health or an active way you take care of it. Going to therapy is not something to be ashamed of or consider unimportant. Therapies can provide you with tools that are useful when making decisions.
