Harry and Ocean discuss various topics related to ocean and astronomy in a podcast. They cover subjects like dark matter, the future of the sun, the names of U.S. space shuttles, the force that bends light rays, different types of black holes, the possibility of a star turning into a planet, the existence of singularity in black holes, the speed of sound in space, the possibility of wormholes, and our attempts to escape the solar system. Ocean encourages aspiring astronomers to study math, science, and physics. Hello everyone and thanks for listening to this new podcast from Cosmic Orbit, the podcast where you can put your knowledge to the test. I'm Harry and today I'm questioning the universe of ocean and astronomy. We also have a quiz, so make sure to join in. Hello ocean, is there anything you want to say? Good afternoon Harry, I have nothing to say at all. Let's get started. Ocean, are you ready to answer 13 questions with a 20 second timer for each? I am very ready. Ocean, what is dark matter? Um, dark matter, um, it's this substance of energy that can be cold or hot. It's non-luminous at all, so you won't be able to see it at all. You'll still notice it from the surrounding light. Um, yeah, when you look up to the dark skies, you will see the Milky Way, right? Um, with random black spots, that's dark matter. Dark matter. What will the sun become in a few years time? Um, the sun will become a red giant star before a supernovae, possible enough to engulf Mercury, Venus, and possibly even Earth. Which planet is named after the Roman God of War? The planet named after the Roman God of War is Mars. Um, yeah. How many U.S. space shuttles are there, and can you name them all? There are four U.S. space shuttles, right? Um, there are, um, the names are Columbia, Endeavour, Discovery, and Atlantis. Ocean, what force bends through light rays? Um, the force that bends light rays would be gravity. Um, matters are faint, so as everything would be warping, light distributing something known as gravitational lens. Are there different types of black holes? Yes, there are supermassive, stellar mass, and intermediate mass. Can a star turn into a planet, and how would this happen? Um, a star can turn into a planet, theoretically. Um, it would be shrinking in size, and would then become a round door, which would theoretically turn into a planet. Does every black hole contain singularity? Not certainly. Um, in the real universe, we don't have information yet for land, or if it's just a deep, black void of nothing. Um, it doesn't. Um, no area appears in space, it's just a big void of nothingness. The speed of sound will not be affected in space, you'll still travel through the speed of sound, but you will not hear a sonic boom. Is there, is it possible for a wormhole to exist in our universe? As of right now, we do not have, um, signs of wormholes, but theoretically, it should exist through Einstein's theory. And last but not least, have us on Earth ever escaped the solar system, and have we ever tried to? Um, we have not escaped the solar system yet. Um, we have tried to make a escape trajectory with, um, I believe Pioneer 10, Voyager 1 would be pretty obvious, and Voyager 2. Break your motion, you answered all those questions. Thank you, Harry. I don't know, you're doing a good job of getting those questions, they're not easy questions. Uh, yeah, they sure aren't easy questions. ... Hungry Jack's Whoppers, 100% Aussie beef, plain grilled for this smoky barbecue flavor, you just can't get pan-fried. Try special sauce of bacon on this rotisserie whopper. Hold on, I bet he's a bitter Hungry Jack. Alright guys, I hope you liked listening to this new podcast, from Nick Orbit. Please shout out to Ocean for joining us today, they weren't very easy questions. Also, make sure to subscribe to this podcast. Ocean, is there anything you would like to say to someone who wants to be in a genre like yourself? Um, yeah, they weren't easy questions, and I would like to say thank you, Harry. Um, and if any of you guys want to be an astronomer like me, study subjects like math, science, and physics. We appreciate you listening. That's Ocean for you. Thanks, bye. ... Take one, action! ... Thank you. Thank you. ... Keep it going. Okay. And that's that. ... That's what I meant. ... ... Good job, Ocean. Thank you. Um, they weren't easy questions. ... ... ... ...
