Hanns Heinz Ewers
Hanns Heinz Ewers was a multi-talented German artist who excelled in various fields including acting, poetry, philosophy, and writing. Although he wrote extensively on diverse topics, he is primarily recognized for his contributions to the horror genre. His trilogy of novels, featuring the character of Frank Braun who was inspired by Ewers himself, gained significant recognition. Among these novels, Alraune (1911) is the most famous one.
