The speaker's sister noticed tattoos on someone named Jelly's face, but the speaker had never noticed them before. The speaker considers Jelly to be someone they know very well. Although the speaker doesn't have tattoos, they believe that Jelly could convince them to get one. One day my sister was like, what does Jelly's tattoos on his face say? And I said, he's got face tattoos? I didn't even realize he had any on his face. Like, that's how much I see him and who he is to his core. I don't have a tattoo, but if anybody could talk me into getting one, it's probably him.
