The speaker reveals two truths and one lie about their past sneaky actions. The first truth is that they snuck into a country club pool after curfew by jumping out of a window. The second truth is that they threw parties when their family was away, with one memorable party involving a broken light switch in the laundry room. The lie is that they never actually jumped into the pool at night. The speaker's friend correctly guesses the lie and they discuss the details of their sneaky activities. Okay so I'm presenting you with two truths and one lie. Okay we'll see who is a better sneak you or me knowing what was going on. Okay so the first one is I snuck into the country club pool after dark after hours. The reason I after Matthew moved out and went to college I moved in to his room so that I could sneak out of his window because the window was close to the ground so I could jump out after hours after my curfew. And when you and mom would go places overnight I would have parties and you never know which one was a lie. I'm gonna have to say you didn't jump out the window because there's no way you would get the screen in and out. Incorrect. Okay then we need to expand on the fact that which of the other two were the lie which I'm gonna say you never jumped in the pool at night. Yeah you're right you're right. I feel like people would have heard of that if that happened. There's probably an alarm you would have gotten arrested. Yeah so good thing I didn't ever do that. I thought about it but I didn't. So yeah I moved into Matthew's room after he left for college because I wanted to sneak out and if you were not clueless you would have put together that I had a lot more sleepovers those years because everyone would sleep in Matthew's and Brianna would sleep in Matthew's room with me and there was no screen on the window all the way to the right. The other ones did and it was the easiest one to jump out of. I have a lot of videos and maybe I'll show you and we would fully dive out and then climb somehow. We would climb like Ninja Warrior back up the brick wall. I don't know how we did it we like put each other on our shoulders and stuff. Secondly we did throw parties and I've had a few parties but one of my favorites is I forget where you guys were going but Phoebe was in charge of me and I think maybe Brianna and Mrs. Bailey were in charge of me but we had a party and the light switch broke in the laundry room. Do you remember that? Yes. Do you remember what I said? It didn't make any sense. I knew you what you had done. It wasn't a big deal. You knew I had a party? Yeah well you're not real good at cleaning up. Oh. There were remnants everywhere of cans stuck behind the dryer. I forgot to dump the trash in the bathroom. Well I threw I threw the the trash cans trash bags and trash cans down the alley. You didn't get all the trashes. Okay. There was usually a spill that was not cleaned up adequately. Well I thought I did pretty well. So yeah I I think it was Clay or someone was dancing in the laundry room I guess and somehow punched the light switch so it completely broke but I said that I knocked it with the waffle maker walking up the stairs or some stupid excuse. Mom believed it. A little more gullible. Yeah and also it wasn't my idea but someone put beer in the Brita and so like for days after mom would be like this water tastes really funky and I would be like huh I don't taste it. It's because there was beer remnants. Did you remember that one? That one I did not. I drink right out of the tap. Oh yeah you do drink out of the tap. Okay well I will get you for one more.
