Frederick Davis Greene

Rev. Frederick Davis Greene (1853 - 1940) served as a missionary in Turkey under the American Board of Commissioners for Foreign Missions. In 1894, due to violence towards Americans in Turkey, he and his family were forced to evacuate. However, he continued to support international relief efforts by engaging in fundraising through public addresses and publications. Additionally, he served as the secretary of the National Armenian Relief Association, furthering his dedication to humanitarian work.
