Repeat affirmations for clarity and focus. Imagine a bright light filling you with clarity and purpose. Envision successfully completing tasks with satisfaction. Imagine a bubble of focus around you, protecting from distractions. Believe in your abilities and trust that you can accomplish anything. Gradually return to the present moment, feeling rejuvenated and ready for the day. Welcome to this hypnotherapy session designed to help you improve your focus and concentration. Begin by finding a comfortable position in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed. And you can start by taking a few deep breaths in and out, allowing yourself to relax with each exhale. And with each breath in, keeping the eyes open, looking at a point on the ceiling. And each breath out, allow the eyes to close and all the facial muscles to relax. Once again, breathing in with the eyes open, looking at that spot on the ceiling, and closing the eyes as you breathe out, relaxing into the chair. One more breath, just like that, breathing in with the eyes open, and breathing out, letting the eyes close. And as you breathe, allow any tension to leave your body, imagining yourself sinking deeper and deeper with every breath. Now picture in your mind a place where you can feel completely calm and focused. This could be a peaceful forest with a serene lake and a clearing of trees. And you can visualize this place in vivid detail, noticing the colors, sounds, sensations around you. As you stand by the edge of the lake, imagine a small boat waiting for you. And this boat can symbolize your journey towards enhanced focus and energy. Step into the boat, feeling its sturdy foundation beneath you. And with each strong stroke of the oar, feel yourself moving forward with purpose and determination. As you navigate these waters on the lake, affirm to yourself that you are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to. Visualize your goals and your aspirations clearly in your mind's eye, knowing that you have the focus and energy to bring them to fruition, just as you propel yourself forward through the water. And as you continue to row, feel that focus sharpening and your energy levels increasing with each passing moment. Any obstacle or distraction that might arise are simply ripples on the surface of the water, easily navigated as you stay steadfast in your course. Now, take a moment to bask in the sense of accomplishment and empowerment that comes from harnessing your focus and energy. And as you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following silently or out loud if you choose. I am fully present in this moment. My mind is clear and focused. And as you continue to breathe, imagine a bubble of focus surrounding you, protecting you from any and all distractions, and allowing you to stay on track with your work. With each breath, feel this bubble growing stronger and more resilient, helping you maintain this concentration throughout the day. Know that you have the power to harness your focus and achieve your goals, trusting in your abilities, believing that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. As you slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment, wiggle your fingers and toes, and we are going to picture climbing up a staircase from zero to ten.
