The Psalms and Old Testament are full of beautiful passages of people crying out to God seeking to see Him move in their lives. But in the New Covenant, Yahweh dwells with us. Holy Spirit is within us. Jesus will NEVER leave us. We don't need to call out to someone outside ourselves. WE are the temple the Lord dwells in. What WE need to do, is appropriate what Jesus had ALREADY accomplished for our lives.
