Miss Fadia and Jay Blue are in the studio with the host of FooFoo Radio. They have Mr. Stinky on the phone who just released a new single called "Acquainted". They are discussing the song "Make the Night Last" by Mr. Stinky, which is a collaboration with Carla Cabrera. The song is a major crossover of Afro beats, dancehall reggae, and reggaeton. Mr. Stinky shares that his name is trademarked and talks about his all-natural rolling papers and ganja products. Glad to be here. Thanks for having me. Mr. Stinky just released a new single. It was called Acquainted. It was just released last month, but I, unfortunately, I don't have that record with me today. So I want to introduce the song, Make the Night Last, by Mr. Stinky and some special guests. And I also have Mr. Stinky on the phone with me right now. It's Mr. Stinky. What's up man? What's going on? Mr. Stinky in the business. Mr. Stinky, tell us about the song, Make the Night Last, and the special guests on the song. What happened? How did you guys put that together? So the song was originally produced by a guy named Dick Hertz. He's an Asian guy. And then, so the song is a major crossover, so like, so it's an Afro beats style of dancehall reggae type, you know what I'm saying? So it's like a mix between Afro beats, dancehall reggae, and reggaeton. Then I got a special guest, Carla Cabrera on there, who's from Puerto Rico. So she's doing reggaeton style, and then me, I'm doing dancehall reggae on there. Me and myself, Mr. Stinky, and it's just a hell of a collaboration, you know? And it's already, it's a radio-ready song, club-friendly, DJ-friendly, you know what I'm saying? And it's international, and you can play it anywhere. And people really love it. Get out your seat and dance. It's got a cool little love story, and some freaky little content on there for the people, you know? Yes. Mr. Stinky, I really thank you for your support. The first verse I did, I freaked out. When they put it on, because we recorded in Las Vegas here at the big studio across the street from the stadium. And I came in and I just freaked out. I heard the rhythm playing, you know what I'm saying? And I just started going in. You know what I'm saying? And so then, you know, we was listening to it for a minute. I actually wrote the hook because I wanted it all to blend in right, the concept to be good. And then the second verse I actually wrote it. So, you know, that's why the flow is a little bit different between the first and the second. But, yeah, it's all good. And then Carla Cabrera, when she got there, somebody had tried to write her verse for another Spanish artist. But when she got there, whatever she was writing, it didn't really work out. So I was like, you know what, just follow this rhythm. I just gave her the rhythm. Like I kind of coached her. I don't even understand Spanish, but I co-stronged her. I'm a great coach when it comes to music. I coached her on the rhythm and the flow. I just hummed the way I wanted her to flow. And she knew how to write the beat because she used to work at a studio. That was actually her first song actually ever recorded, and she did so good. You see what I'm saying? So I said, you know what, write it yourself. Because she's a person that, you know, she's been around the block. She knows the music. She's from Puerto Rico, born and raised. You know, she loves to party. She listens to great music. So I said, you know what, just come up with your own lyrics from the heart. You know, and, oh, she came with it. It was crazy. And I noticed that you had another few singles that came out before Acquainted. We're going to get into that in just a little bit. But you came out with Big Energy featuring June. Some of those towns, I don't really know them like that. I don't have the analytics with me right now, but I know one of the analytics like a couple of weeks ago showed like 1,600 people in one town that was like, I don't know the name of them. It ain't San Jose, it's like San something else. I don't know which one of them other ones. You don't really know California like that, but you know. I'm starting to know it. I'm new to all this on the West Coast. There's a lot of people just in theory. When I see the analytics, there's a lot of northern California, more northern to me than southern. All I know is that when he watched the video, it was cool because a lady was walking, and she had her, she was holding her box of cereal, and then, like, she trips over something like a rock, and then, like, the cereal goes up in the air, and then the cereal falls out the box, and then, like, you see everything, like, in slow motion, like a matrix, and the lady, she's just, like, she's, like, on her, she's, like, standing on her back, and she's, like, trying to catch all the cereal in her mouth while it's coming down, and it was dope.
