Landside discovers that Turbia is hiding in a safe house. He creates a distraction and kills Turbia without being identified. Chapter 19, Landside. And Sazee, unbeknownst to Whelan and the others, Landside tracked Turbia, hiding in one of his safe houses in the western plains. Only having guards and lovers there, Turbia is all he thinks he needs. Landside, though, causes a disturbance outside. This distracts the guards. Once inside, he dispatches Turbia, his owl. His lovers, covered in his blood, are unable to identify Landside. He returns among the others and the wiser.
