The skin therapist may suggest enhancements that align with the client's skincare goals, which come at an extra cost and can be done in 15 minutes. Setting expectations is key to positive client experience, making sure that our clients understand what makes Hay Day different than other facial experiences and ensures that clients go into treatment with a good understanding of what will occur. This could sound something like, Hay Day is an open concept experience, so you'll hear upbeat music and light conversation during your facial. Your skin therapist may recommend enhancements, which are additional treatments that align with your skincare goals. These are an additional cost and they fit right into your 15-minute service.
