The speaker discusses different payment options for a home comfort system. The total cost is $10,000, which can be paid upfront or through financing. Financing would be $150 a month for 10 years. Leasing is also an option, costing $180 a month for 10 years. After 10 years, the equipment can be bought or a new lease can be started. Leasing includes equipment servicing and repairs. The speaker suggests that leasing may not be the best option. So we've really narrowed down the system that would bring the most comfort to your home. Now I'm going to show you a couple of payment options for it. So you could pay the total up front, which is about $10,000. Or we also offer financing where you can make payments on the system. Oh, no, that'd be our leasing option. We could do that also if you want. So if we did the financing, the cost would be $150 a month for 10 years. Leasing is kind of like another payment plan, only you don't own the equipment and we'll come service the equipment twice a year. If you did the leasing, it's going to be about $180 a month for 10 years. And then after those 10 years, you can start a new lease or buy the equipment. Well you know, we'll check your system out two times a year and if it breaks, we can come out and fix it as well. I'm not really sure. I think it changes, so I'd have to get back to you on that. Yeah, yeah, I agree 100%. I really don't think leasing is the best option for you either.
