The robot had a tiring and confusing journey back to a mountain shack, then went to the countryside and observed a family to learn about humanity. He realized he wasn't human enough, revealed himself to the father, who called for his family to attack. In a fit of rage, the robot destroyed their cottage and later sought refuge in a forest. He saved a falling girl, was attacked by her father, and tried to kidnap a boy who revealed he was related to Frankenstein. The robot killed the boy, found a portrait in his pocket, placed it with a woman in a nearby house, and left.
The robot described how his journey back to the mountain shack was very tiring and confusing as to how to find it again, and after he made it there, he took off once again to the countryside where he found a family living out on the edge of town. He hid in the family's house to study how they were living amongst others and what made them human. He then discovered that he wasn't as human as he wanted to be, so after months of hiding in their house, he revealed himself to the father, who was outraged, and proceeded to call for his family, who then tried to attack him.
After they tried to attack him, they left, and the robot, in a fit of rage, destroyed the entire cottage. Months later, he decided to wander into a forest to seek refuge. He happened to look up at a building where he saw a girl falling off a belly, his natural instinct to help, not that, he decided that it would be better for him to help the girl, so he threw her and caught her before she hit the ground.
The girl runs, and her father arrives, proceeding to attack the monster, the robot. The robot happens to find a little boy wandering through the woods and tries to kidnap him. After the boy reveals that he is related to Frankenstein, he kills the boy and then sees a portrait of him in his pocket. The robot takes the portrait and finds a house nearby, where a woman was laying on a couch and he placed the portrait inside of her pocket and left.
