The host of Honor Kings and Sons TV podcast talks about the importance of help and helping others. He believes that help is a divine ability and that it is necessary for everyone, regardless of age or circumstances. He emphasizes the need to be open to receiving help and not pushing it away, as it can come from unexpected sources. The host plans to continue discussing this topic in future episodes. Good morning, good morning, good morning and welcome to another installment of Honor Kings and Sons TV. This is your host Darian Jones, CEO and founder of Honor Kings and Sons TV podcast as well as Honor Kings and Sons Apparel. I'm located in Homestead, Florida and I'm so excited to be with y'all this morning. I'm a little late this morning but it's all good. It is 9 51 July 27, 2022 and I'm so excited to be here with all my listeners. I'm so thankful to God. I'm thankful for my wife and my daughter always supporting me and I'm so thankful to you for tuning into this podcast. I will have all my links in the description and I will have all access to my social media platforms that you can find on all different places you're tuning in from to enjoy this podcast this morning. So this morning I wanted to talk about something today that I thought would be helpful to people and exactly that is talking about help. So today I want to talk about helping others and I'm really excited to share the wisdom that I believe I've collected over the years from helping. I believe that I myself am a helper. I believe that God has given me that ability to meet needs and to be there at the right time to meet needs for people. So that's what I want to talk to you guys about today. So let's get into it. I can tell you right now that I'm a firm believer that helping is not a normal ability. I believe that help is and helping is actually a divine ability that comes from above that is inside of everybody and it's the one thing that lets us know that there's no such thing as the impossible. The act of help and you receiving help and knowing that help is out there is proof that nothing is impossible. As long as human beings exist there is help. We just got to know how to locate it. We got to know how to draw it to us. We got to know how to look for it, be ready for it. It's one of those things that it comes in handy whether it's to benefit you or to benefit somebody else. Help is something that we should be very thankful for because if help did not exist, if that was not a function, if that was not an existing tool, if that was not an act that existed in this world, we would all be doomed. We would all be doomed and to be honest with you help only exists because there's more than one person on earth. If it was just one person, help wouldn't exist. But you know, a bag tied up kicks open the door into a different discussion especially from our believeness but I'm going to save that one for part two of this episode. So help is something that we all need. From the minute a baby is born, that baby needs help. It needs help to breathe. It needs help to feel. It needs help to be taken care of, bathed, fed. That baby needs everything, right? So the first thing that we learn about hope, I mean help, the first thing that we learn about help is that whether you know you need it or not, you need it. We find that with babies. Babies don't know that they need help up until like their first year roughly. Once a child hits about a year old, it knows that it needs help but before that it doesn't know. It's just crying out, right? It's just crying out that it wants things but the baby doesn't know that it actually needs those things. The baby doesn't know that in order to get those things there has to be somebody there and available. So that's the first thing that we know about help is that whether we know we need it or not, we need it. And it doesn't matter if you're 40 years old, 50 years old, 20 years old, 10 years old. It doesn't matter where you are in life, on a stranded island, in prison, in debt. You're just down on your luck. You need help. So helping others is something that we can really take a strong look into and like I started off the podcast, you know, saying that I believe it's divine. I will venture into that a little bit. Just give you a little taste and then I'll save it for part two of this episode. So yeah, helping others is a beautiful thing. I mean, we in life help people with a lot of stuff. We help people move. You know, neighbors help each other move. Church members help each other move. Coworkers help each other move. Friends help each other study. You know, mothers help their kids or fathers help their kids, you know, get through high school or get their first car. You know, banks help you with loans, you know, all types of stuff. I mean, you know, if you're down on your luck, you know, you're not afraid I will shoot you a couple of dollars. Hey man, here's a couple of dollars, man, you know, get some gas for your car and you know, I'll talk to you later. You know, there's, you know, help can come from anywhere, man. We should never, never despise help. There's an old saying, never bite the hand that blesses you. Never bite the hand that blesses you. You know, help can come from anywhere. Help can come from enemies, you know, and that's probably going to be like part three, part four to this, but help can come from anywhere. I think the thing with help is that we don't know what to do when it comes to help as far as receiving it, as far as our judgment is clouded. There's a couple of things, like when it comes to help, right, like let's just talk about the receiving part. Let's say you're receiving help. When it comes to help, if you are, if you are in a place where you cannot tell the difference of what is right and what is wrong, then you get to the point where you don't know if a person is helping you or hurting you, um, by being in your life and you're actually sent down. So you always have to, you always have to make sure that you are paying close, close, close attention to yourself, your emotions, what state of mind that you are in, because you might be in the wrong state of mind, but in the right season of your life to receive certain help to get you to the next level, but because your mind is not ready, your heart is not prepared, you can push away the very thing that was meant to help you. I'm a testimony to that. I pushed away hope. I've had people push me away, and I believe I was meant to help them. It's one of those things that we learn as we grow that you have to be so, so careful that you are not in the wrong state of mind, so that you don't refuse that divine connection that was being made. So I'll just let you guys know that helping others is a very beautiful thing, and I want to get into it super, super deep. I'm actually, um, I'm actually going to have to cut this episode short, so there's definitely going to be a part two, uh, coming up, because my equipment is low on battery. So I'm still going to keep this episode up. There will be a part two, most likely a part two, three, and four, so I can spend a little bit more time on part two, but it's all good. So thank you guys for tuning in. This is Darian Jones, CEO and founder of Honor Kings & Sons TV, Honor Kings & Sons Apparel, located at Homestead, Florida. Thank you guys so much for tuning in, and I hope that you guys will go out and share, follow the podcast, so that more people can tune in, and we can build a conversation, all right? So you guys take care, God bless, and have a beautiful rest of your day. Peace.
