The speaker believes that reusing the land of an old school is a great idea. They also mention that it's good to see the council following through on their plans, which were discussed around four years ago. I think personally it's a really good idea to reuse the land that was obviously originally a school that had been knocked down years ago. It's also obviously a benefit that the council are actually sticking to their word since they were talking, I think it was around about four years ago, they were speaking about this actually happening so it's nice to see it happening.
