Nothing to say, yet
Nothing to say, yet
The idea of emptiness is not just a complete void, but can have hidden things within it. This applies to our heart, mind, and body. When we feel empty, there may be internal situations that arise which we don't usually associate with emptiness. To truly understand emptiness, we should use all our senses and study the conditions that occur within us. By doing so, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the human mind, and discover interesting things within emptiness. Emptiness A wise learner once said, True emptiness may not be entirely empty after all, but may have something hidden within that void. This statement aligns with the phenomena of our heart, mind, and body. When our heart, mind, or body is in a state of emptiness, there are often certain situations that arise internally, which may not be the emptiness we typically understand. Therefore, we should learn to use all of our sensory perceptions to truly experience and connect with emptiness, and study the conditions that occur within our heart, mind, and body. In moments when we think our heart, mind, and body are empty, are they truly empty? Learning in this way will help us understand ourselves and the nature of the human mind more profoundly, and we may discover intriguing things hidden within that emptiness. And that is the meaning of the word emptiness. If you like this, press like. If it resonates with you, press share. With love, Coach Lyon
