Claude Grahame-White, a notable figure in aviation history, was an English pioneer who achieved many milestones in his career. Among his many accomplishments, Grahame-White was the first person to make a night flight, which took place during the 1910 London to Manchester air race that was sponsored by the Daily Mail.
