The speaker welcomes listeners to House Thrive and mentions their busy week preparing for the final episode. They take a moment to reflect on International Women's Day and introduce Sarah Furness as a special guest who has had a successful and resilient career. The speaker acknowledges the other phenomenal female guests they have had on the podcast. They also mention a women's empowerment coach masterclass and invite listeners to join them for a reflection on Sarah's episode. The speaker concludes by wishing everyone a good day. Welcome to House Thrive. Helen, how are you? I've had a busy week. That's very exciting. I've mostly been doing the final prayer for House Thrive. Next time we speak to everybody out there, House Thrive will be in the past, which will be very sad, but also hopefully a relief. I'll be able to get off Canberra for a few weeks. That'll be quite nice for me. But yes, a final preparation is underway for that. But we pause slightly in our House Thrive prep to reflect this week on International Women's Day. We've got a very special guest lined up, Sarah Furness, who was our first guest on our podcast recording. I won't go into too much detail other than to say that Sarah has had a fabulous career and one that has really tested her resilience. And it was really inspirational to listen to her talk about the different skills that she's employed in order to respond to really challenging situations. I mean, Helen, I suppose just reflecting back on the guests we've had so far, we've had, although we're singling out Sarah for this episode, we've had some really phenomenal female guests. Exactly. And for those joining, we're holding a special masterclass with a women's empowerment coach on Friday morning. So I think that'll be really exciting to turn off of us. We've recorded a reflection at the end of Sarah's podcast. So join us for that and hear kind of the wrap up of our thoughts and reflections and just general musings, really. So, yeah, enough of us. Let's hear from Sarah. Have a good day, everyone.
