Grand Gear welcomes the recipient and provides instructions for their onboarding process. The recipient is required to complete a Google form, add Grand Gear as a manager on their Google Business profile, and share access to their website. They will also receive a link to a Google Drive folder where they can upload photos, use a reviews template, and find a reviews flyer. Elite and enterprise clients are also instructed to book an onboarding call with the Creative Director. The process is designed to be simple and efficient, and the recipient is encouraged to reach out with any questions. Welcome to Grand Gear. We're excited to have you on board. In order to ensure a smooth kickoff, we've streamlined our onboarding process. All of the tasks can be found here in this email. Let's walk through it together. Step one, submit the onboarding Google form. This form is crucial, as it gives us all the information we need to serve you better. It's quick and easy. Step two, add us as a manager on your Google Business profile. This allows us to have the proper access to optimize and manage your page. To share access, simply go onto Google. Now, make sure you're logged in to the correct account. Now, search your business's name. You should then see a page like this. Next, click on these three dots. Click on Business Profile Settings, People and Access, push Add, and invite Marketing at GrandGear.Live as a manager. Step three, share access to your website. Now, this can look different depending on what platform you use, but this will serve as a general picture into how to do so. First, what you're going to want to do is log onto your website and make sure you're looking at things from the back in administrative view. Go to your Admin panel, then navigate to your User Management section and opt to add a new user. Input Marketing at GrandGear.Live, and be sure that whatever role you invite us as includes all the necessary permissions. Soon, you'll receive an email from us with a link to your dedicated Google Drive folder. This is where just about everything is stored. Here's what you'll find inside. In the Photos folder, we need you to upload photos that represent your business. This could be images of your location, your team in action, your logo and branding, the results of your service, current projects, and so much more. It is imperative we get this folder full of photos. You can never add too many. You'll also find a Reviews template and flyer inside your folder. One of the biggest influences on how you locally rank is the quality and quantity of reviews. Use the Reviews email template we've provided to reach out to your current and past clients, as well as other people at your company. Feel free to change the language on the template to match your style. Also, don't forget to share the Reviews flyer on social media or post it at your business location. Let's get those reviews coming in ASAP. Step 4, book an onboarding call with our Creative Director. Now, this step only applies to our business essentials, elite, and enterprise clients. This meeting will be to discuss strategy and goals, as well as make sure we have everything we need to get started, including social media handles, brand voice, proper access, et cetera. The link to schedule this call can be found in this email. And that's it. We've designed this process to be as streamlined and easy as possible. As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
