The speaker, Charlotte Charles, discusses the importance of deliverance and how Jesus performed deliverance during his time on Earth. Welcome back everybody to the rise and shine show with me Charlotte Charles I greet you all in the wonderful and mighty name of Jesus and I welcome you here on cornerstone Christian radio and I pray that you are encouraged and that you are uplifted today today We have been talking about deliverance and how important Deliverance is and how Jesus bought Deliverance to a whole new level. We also spoke about What holds man's deliverance back? so now we are going to dive straight back into part two of deliverance and What I want to touch upon and look at is Jesus and how Jesus did deliverance for his God he called us to set the captives free and Everyone he has came in contact with is either been healed They've been delivered of demons They've been forgiven and they've been set free that any person in them days that came in contact with Jesus something happened Jesus sat with sinners. He had compassion on these kind of people. He reached out to those that were lost broken the widows Everyone that people look down upon Jesus Lord praise God and it goes to the same today like many of us look at let's be truthful look at leaders look at this and It goes to the scripture where it's like in the high places pain in the high place pain where to be seen and that's not The case because Jesus was humble Jesus always went to those that lack those That were poor those that were troubled, you know And these are the same kind of people that we've got to reach today praise God We must remember that demons are clever than mankind. They have been with God, you know They got kicked out the heavens so they know the way the system works. They know God's plans for this world, you know, they're not stupid. So they want to sabotage Mankind and they want to sabotage Mankind's purpose on earth and they want to upset God and what can they do to upset God is basically take the one thing that he Loves the most and that souls praise God is Satan can only Satan's Strategist thought only the Holy Spirit can bring you through these kind of things raise God This is why we need the Holy Spirit We need this sermon if we don't have the Holy Spirit. How can these things be pointed out? Because it says that the Holy Spirit is a teacher the Holy Spirit is a comforter The Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth praise God and this is what he does The Holy Spirit will point out what spirits of God what spirits not of God Hallelujah, but so many people have allowed Satan into their thoughts They doubt they fear and they stir as they stood they try to steer us in another way praise God. That's the demons Strategist to steer us and to take us from God many people don't ask God questions They think by giving themselves to Christ. Everything is going to be Rosa. Everything's going to be great You know that it's going to be walking apart and I'm here to tell you that that is not the case Jesus faced many trials he faced many opposition and So will we because he said you'll be persecuted for my name's sake So we are going to be persecuted because we believe in Christ We are going to go through things because the enemy doesn't want us to walk The enemy doesn't want us to know the truth and he wants to keep his bound and I believe every believer Should want to be free and I'm here to tell you today that deliverance is so important And many people look at signs and they look at wonders and they skip deliverance I'm gonna skip deliverance and they think oh no deliverance is too hard But deliverance is a sign and it's a wonder You know why because the person that was troubled by a demon being set free and in no more torment They don't hear no more voices. They're not being bound to that situation This is a miracle and the church needs to be delivered praise God many people overlook deliverance And one thing I know is when you read the whole Bible You must take in everything and that's a problem with the church today. They take some parts of the Bible They take this part. They take the healings and they take the miracles, but they don't take discipleship They don't take discipline. They don't take correction. And these are all the things they don't believe in deliverance how can you possibly not believe in these things when you say you believe in the Bible and Everything that we're supposed to believe in everything that Jesus did was supposed to follow and praise God The Bible said we shouldn't add or we shouldn't take away from God's Word So if Jesus cast out demons So should we and we must remember the same Holy Spirit in Jesus is the same Holy Spirit in this and Jesus demonstrated it so we should follow and Jesus said that greater works is what we will do and you know why he says great to work That's what we do because he was one person with the Holy Spirit that time We are billions and trillions of people in the world with that same spirit That was in Jesus is now in us and we can walk up in them same signs and wonders Walk up in that same anointing that same power. It's in the Holy Spirit So you ain't got the Holy Spirit praise God. It's time to get that Holy Spirit and praise God Many people in the church are suffering. They are bounding chains to the enemy and they don't even know that they can't even see this This is why so much has come into the church so much has come into the church and people want to blame God It's not God's fault It's what we have allowed in the church because the lack of deliverance the lack of discernment It's been taken out of the church people fear or doubt They want to live a comfortable life and that isn't the case with Jesus when you're a follower of Jesus You will not live a comfortable life Jesus wasn't afraid to call these demons by their name So nor should we and he wasn't afraid to cast them out. So why should we be afraid? Everyone blames Satan for certain things, but we must look at what we have allowed in the church leaders prophets Which are called watchers to watch and pray many people have been blinded by the enemy's strategies And now we've unbound to the enemy and they don't even realize it being a leader It's so amazing and comes with so much greatness and you don't realize what impact that you truly have in the believers life God wants us to be free and everything we need to be free is within him All his believers have to do is listen This is why it's so important why we have two ears and one mouth Because it takes more listening than speaking if we don't ask God questions And we don't wait for the answer the enemy will lead to believe is down the garden path And that's the honest truth because the enemy will give you what your heart Desires well with God he will put you where he needs you to be where you need to grow what you need to do So sometimes as humans find it so hard to listen We want our answer we want our answer now And that's not how God works because if you look at one of the fruits one of the fruits is patient Long suffering and we have to be patient. We have to wait upon the Lord That's why his word is important where it says wait upon the Lord and be of good courage So while we're waiting we're still supposed to be working We're still supposed to just leave it with God and in the right time he will reveal but yet sometimes as humans Mankind we fall in our ditch because we can't wait because we want to rush God and that's the problem because that's not what God Wants so many people don't even realize that they actually need deliverance Which is very scary, which is heartbreaking to be fair people are in the pulpit with the pornography problem Some people are preaching God's Word and they're fornicating and yet there's a lack of discernment in the church and nobody can see this Some are even listening to prophets, but you know some sorry some are listening to people's problems Then gossiping about them with their brothers and sisters. Let's wait this up Let's weigh all the things that I've just said that isn't God's character So who is so where is it coming from? It's time to be delivered and not live and not live a double life We know that the Lord says a double-minded man is unstable in all of these ways And it's time to not be one person in the pulpit and another person at home It's okay to say Jesus Jesus this that the other in the pulpit But the Lord said don't just be a hearer of the web or be a doer and we have to be a doer of this Word this amazing word that he has given us so it's time people a church There ain't going to be no time for no double-mindedness no more There is not going to be time for this kind of behavior No more being one person one day and another person you're going to church preaching the gospel and on Saturday and Friday you're you're getting drunk This is not how God wants our lifestyle to be we see Jesus's character was the same every day true or false It was he never pretended he never put on a false identity He was who he was all the time and he didn't cast out demons for no reason He cast out demons so that we would be able to do the same thing praise God He Commanded the commanded the disciples to cast out demons if this wasn't important many people in the if this wasn't Important many people in church are struggling and don't even know why they are doing certain things or where they are being attacked This is a church. We should know that people need help. Remember the enemy doesn't want you to be free That's that that's his job. He doesn't want you to be free. He wants you to stay bound He wants you to be bound to that same situation that same heartache that same problem He wants to keep you in the past. He wants you to our bitterness in your heart He wants you to be jealous of that brother that jealous of that sister This is his time because the more he can do these things to you the more you stay away from God So it's time since it's time brothers and sisters to pick what side are you on? You know, what side are you on? I'm not saying you serve God and everything perfect. No, I'm saying everything is a work in progress We go to God knowing that he is in control Knowing that he can deliver knowing that he can pull us through he doesn't say it's gonna be easy You know, but you think of every challenge you have been through God has been there I've been with Christ following Christ 13 years and I'm telling you I've had my ups and downs now by challenges But through it all he has really had my back and there is not in a problem that he has not bought me through So I just want to encourage somebody, you know out there the same thing while you may be facing right now God hasn't given up on you He just wants you to depend upon him and lean upon his word and not your own understanding Praise God and he will do all he can to bring you through He will do all he God will do all he can that you will know the truth if more people Begin to grow in deliverance there would be a massive cleaning in the church We wouldn't tolerate a lot of things because our eyes would be open to the agenda to the plans to what you can see behind that person Demons are scared of Jesus. We must remember this They are scared of Jesus every time in the Bible where Jesus confronted them where Jesus confronted them They would say why are you tormenting us? Why are you bothering us before our time? They would all get hissy fit as I'd call it and Jesus gave his believers to have that same power over them Once we truly believe who we are We will see what God has placed in Deliverance is a part of every believers journey and you're going to see the journey of the things that you used to do of what God's Told you that you need delivering from and you've seen the hand of the Lord deliver you and it's a beautiful thing praise God and The same deliverance exists today Jesus is Jesus's name never lost its power So if demons were cast out and they'll cast out in Jesus name them demons have to obey Jesus What Jesus did on earth was never for vain. So let's get serious Church for deliverance Let the Lord deliver us so then we can be help and we can testify of his greatness Don't be ashamed of deliverance. Don't be scared of deliverance This is seeing people set free and this is a sign and a wonder from God And this is what God wants us to do many people perish for the lack of God's knowledge So take everything I have said take it to the Lord and ask the Lord to show you the areas where you need Deliverance and inquire about deliverance. Let him lead you into the scriptures. It's time to be free Church So now we're going to have a little look at some scriptures to do with deliverance and just see how important it is Mark 5 7 and cried out with a loud voice and said what have I asked to do with the Jesus? I was son of the Most High God I enjoy thee by God that thou torment me not and we see in this scripture The demons were scared they were scared that they were called They were scared that they were challenged and they were scared because they knew their time is up They had been exposed and they feared Jesus because they knew their time was up They knew who Jesus was and what authority he had Wow, and then Luke 4 33 34 And in this synagogue, there was a man which had an unclean unclean devil and cried out with a loud voice Saying let us alone. What have we to do with thee thou Jesus of Nazareth art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art the Holy One of God Again, this happened in the synagogue a synagogue, which is like today the church for today This was a believer being delivered from a demon so Jesus demonstrated believers need deliverance again The demons knew Jesus they knew who he was and the power what was in his words praise God I just want to encourage everybody the importance of deliverance these demons are causing havoc in believers life and Jesus wants to deliver and set someone free today and if you want to know more And get a better understanding then these are the scriptures to read we have Matthew 12 43 to 45 Mark 16 verse 16 to verse 18 Acts 19 verses 13 to 16 Acts 16 verses 16 to 18 Matthew 17 verses 14 to 20 Mark 5 verses 1 to 20 and it's been lovely to be able to share the Lord's Word with you once again and It's been great and I hope that you have been blessed and that you have been encouraged and At this time we are coming to an end of the rise and shine show on cornerstone Christian radio But if you are interested in and want to catch this show this show will be on on a Thursday 1 p.m Till 2 p.m. And Saturday 8 a.m. Till 9 a.m I'm just going to finish this off with a prayer praise God father I come to you in the wonderful and mighty name of Jesus thanking you for allowing your people's eyes to be open and that they will see the Strategies and the plans of the enemy and become set free I thank you Lord that you are their deliverer and I thank you Lord that in your name There is all power and authority and I thank you Lord that demons bow down Hallelujah and demons are gonna go in the name of Jesus and I thank you Lord that all those that have been on this line Today Lord that they will be delivered that they will draw close to you Lord God and that Lord God They will rise up in you and come against the demons come against them strongholds Oh Lord with you all things are possible because Lord we have the victory in you. We are over comers We have Lord Almighty Father God the power and the authority to stamp on lions and Addams and dragons Lord So Lord, I thank you Lord that you're breathing upon your people now I thank you Lord that they're taking heed Lord God that Lord God Everything that I said Lord that they would pay to their prayer closet Lord and they will begin to inquire of you Lord God I thank you Lord for the signs and wonders that you'll bring into their life Lord God and I thank you Lord for this Privilege door to be on cornerstone Christian radio.
