Hey, this is Carter Morgan here with McKenzie Hopkins, a business major at the University of South Carolina from Charleston, South Carolina. What is important to you? To me, the most important thing is my family. What does family mean to you? Family means love. Family provides a constant support system and a feel of security. With family, along comes unconditional love where we bring each other up and learn from each other. My family has raised me to be a better person and make those around me better people. My healthy family bonds and friendships give me a sense of belonging and help me find a balance in my life. Where are your parents from? My mom is from Hemingway, South Carolina and my dad is from Hartsville, South Carolina. Do you have any siblings? Yes. I have a little sister and a little brother. What's the difference in having a little sister and a little brother? Having a sister is like having a built-in best friend. She's a constant reminder of what's good in life and she never fails to bring joy into my life. But having a brother is a little different. It's always an adventure. You never know what he might come with what he has planned. Thank you for your time. Of course.
