Positive thoughts and affirmations are becoming popular for improving the future. During meditation or yoga, instructors encourage focusing on the body and sending positive thoughts to each cell and organ. Some may doubt this, but there are stories of cancer patients who credit positive thoughts for their recovery. Recently we are hearing a lot about positive thoughts, positive affirmations meaning writing positive affirmation in your journal for better future and also manifesting positive thoughts everyday. Similarly, while you are meditating or doing a yoga, the instructor instructs you to meditate upon your body, otherwise simulation meditation or imaginative meditation. While you are doing this, we are encouraging to send positive thoughts to each and every cell and organs of your body. Many of us don't believe in this but I would like to add a story here. You have seen many cancer patients have survived from cancer by applying the positive thoughts to each and every cell of their body.
