Durante este mes de marzo quiero invitarte para honrar a todas esas valientes mujeres que estuvieron antes de nosotras, que lucharon para que llegáramos a tener los derechos que tenemos hoy. Pero también para honrar nuestras propias luchas. Ser mujer es ir contra el corriente, es romper esquemas. En mi práctica del yoga he encontrado vitalidad y fortaleza, un refugio que me guía, me llena la mente y el alma, y así me ayuda a avanzar. Te invito a reflexionar, a unirte en este viaje de cambio. Juntas nuestra fuerza crece. Juntas creamos nuevas historias de resistencia y empoderamiento. Gracias
