Tim knocked it out of the park with the programming. The workouts were absolutely incredible to watch from individual to team. I would have to say my favorite to watch at MC, even to this day, was the clean ladder. It was just from how organized it was to seeing people progress from barbell one to the call-your-shot bar. And you can really see it on people's faces as you look down the line. You can tell if they're going for a PR attempt. You can tell that they were stepping up to a barbell that, you know, in their gym on a regular day, they might not be able to hit. But with the atmosphere and with how the energy of the room and how the entire place was set up and how every single time you stepped up there was a ton of people screaming, it allowed for a lot of people to clean a barbell that they probably never thought they would do before or wouldn't even think of attempting in their everyday affiliate or part of their everyday training, which is always something that is amazing to see in CrossFit competitions. MCing that event was wild. It was wild. You know, the individuals, they're going up to 375, 385, 365. And then when we had, you know, the teams coming in or the other divisions, the scale divisions, the RX divisions, and they're hitting 185 for the first time or they're hitting 225 for the first time and they just jump out of excitement and lose their mind because, again, this workout was an opportunity and it was a platform to do something you probably on a regular day would never, ever think you can do. And that is the beauty of what, you know, this sport brings out where it shows you that you can do hard things. And there are things out there that you may not think you can do. But given the opportunity and the right setting and the right atmosphere, you can do anything. You can lift any barbell. You can complete any movement. You can complete any workout. And that is what the programming allowed for in Metcon Rush where it just said, hey, you know, this workout on paper, you know, it might look tough. If you went to your Tuesday 830 class, you'd probably be like, I don't think I can do this. But when you step in the Hagerstown with your teammate or even if you're an individual, there's just something about that energy, man. There's just something about that place that allows you to do whatever you can and makes you think and allows you to do more than you have ever been able to do before.
