The person has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called platelet form. The cancer is related to blood clotting and is caused by genetic changes in certain genes. The person has been experiencing joint pain and has undergone multiple tests, but the results have been inconclusive. Their platelet count has been dangerously high, leading to clotting. They have seen multiple doctors and specialists for their condition. The underlying cause of the high platelet count is still unknown. They have also been diagnosed with a heart arrhythmia problem called WPW. The doctors have made a plan to address their condition, but there is no definite solution yet. They are concerned about the impact of the cancer on their kidneys, heart, and liver. Despite leading a relatively healthy lifestyle, they feel frustrated and are seeking more information about their condition. Yeah, it's a real form of cancer, it's called a platelet form, these blood cells involve in blood clotting, thrombosis means clotting and it relates blood cells, it is also known as primary thrombosis in the central area, let's see what causes it, a person acquiring the entailing genetic change in any several genes such as JAK2 gene, most frequently the JAK2 gene and rarely the MPLTHPO or TTE2 gene, the reason why some people acquire these genes is still unknown, see apparently I have this rare disease, still trying to figure out why, why I have this, we still don't know why, there is a list of information based on information that we've got, I have to go for my biopsy on the 12th, I have to go down and get it done and wait for results to come back because I've been having a lot of pain in my joints and getting blood work and blood work and blood work but they keep coming back, giving the same results, everything is up and down but there is no actual information based on what they want to give, it's like JAK22 is like okay we'll give you one side of the information they want but then they don't give you the other side of the information that they're looking for, so basically we're waiting for them to get, see they did a JAK2 test on me, they got that back, that would come back negative and then they did a Kel-R test which was another type of gene that they tested, that came back negative as well, there was a different testing that they tried doing on me as well but don't know if that ever came back, I don't know, I didn't ask, I checked into a few other things as well, there was a, my hematology that I have currently right now, he's decent but he's slow, his pathology, this word is a big one for me, so his pathology for, sorry if I don't get that right, for the actual like reference for the the neoplum increased platelet count for them to all go by, they are trying to go by a certain amount so my platelets were up to 1200 at one point, I was almost at, so if I had to go to 1500, I was at risk of pretty much death if I had to go 15, so they're waiting for one doctor that had me the night before, she just sent me out, didn't do it, I went in for stroke-like symptoms, she sent me home, said no, you can go home, you can rest, it's nothing, okay, sure, I went back in, the doctor saw me, I won't say any doctor's names for protection, but the next doctor saw me and she's like, oh my god, why aren't you not sent out? I'm like, what do you mean? She's like, you're, okay, I gotta give blood work on you again, so she got more blood work and she basically just got blood work on me and then she looked at the blood work and she's like, okay, now it's time for you to go to Victoria, so she did the ultrasound, checked everything, checked my legs, checked my feet, everywhere to see where it was like clotting, like little clots, sure enough, there was clotting, because 1200 is risk of like huge, huge clotting, huge, huge clotting, that's not good, your platelets is your red cells, so she did that, I flew out, went to Victoria, I seen the doctor there, doctor, seen like seven doctors, they were all working with me, I had psych, I had neopath, I had neurology, I had heart, I had, oh man, I had them all, anyway, they're all working together, I come back, they made a plan, basically this and that and come to see and they made a plan, they said, your platelets are out of whack due to something, but we can't pinpoint the underlying condition that's causing your platelets to go high, okay, we're going to get the hematology in place, okay, sounds good, got hematology in place, got the cancer specialist in place, okay, cool, obviously, that's all, and then we had someone else come into play, we had to get another specialist in play, because, heart specialist, because I have a heart problem, which is WPW, which is Wolf-Parkinson's White, Wolf-Parkinson's White is a heart arrhythmia problem, had it apparently since I was born, again, rare, then had to do, basically, I lost where I was, basically, then, yeah, so, that happened, and seeing the doctor, doctor says, yeah, you're at risk for this, you're at risk for this, okay, okay, I'm like, so, what's the plan, they're like, well, there's only so much we can do for you, but, you know, we can do a little bit at a time, all right, so, start going off what they said, and it's like, well, didn't realize how bad it was, and then start telling me, and they're telling me about my kidneys, and heart, and my liver, and, you know, what's funny is that I haven't partied, I haven't drank a lot, I, bare minimum, I smoke weed, that's pretty much it, and, you know what, I'm the one that's getting the shitty end of this dick, because I'm 30 years old, yet, so, so, that, I don't know if anyone's there now, I don't know if you can still hear me, but, yeah, so, that's all going on, but, yeah, I just wanted to come on, and basically just explain a little bit, what's what, if you want more of this, just subscribe, and let me know, just try to keep this simple for now, but, let me know, for now, I gotta catch you later, and, I'll talk to you later, thanks, bye.
